bah, I never look at them (logon and boot).

wait you are talking about ram on the videoccard. so they are making video cards for phones? or the whole kaboodle?
your comptuer only has 16 mb of ram? you sure about that...my 486 gots that much.
thats how you get fired, but you have to ask yourself "was it worth it". probably yes
Windowblinds, Iconpackager, cursorxp, and desktopx. can't go wrong with that.
I agree that there need to be more quality wallpapers. off to the Gimp! I will try! I will probably fail
I had a little bit bigger problem than the winkies not working.
I finally got it to work right. It seems that the font that wincustomize is trying to use doesn't work right with firebird in linux, or any gecko browser in linux. I had to force it to show only one font to get it to work. but it is working again.
This is the only place on the interweb that I have been having this problem....no text! stardock works alright, and so does every other page. I am typing this in a text based browser, so it isn't dependent on the font. I think that is what the problem is. I really don't know what to do. I can't use this browser regularly, but I enjoy visiting wincustomize. I can't figure out why it doesn't work either. I can't check back for suggestions because
what's a wheel?
aqua-soft is well known. I doubt they have rips and other various nefarious things there.
I am positive they did. (at least 98%)
you are not supposed to have the aquacontrols. here is the original home of them. you can probably find a replacement for what you want here: http://www.aqua-soft.org/
this happens for me. I have never worried about it because I have several programs that I run in the background that xp has to force close. It doesn't mess anything up.
it is broken. [Message Edited]
I never use it hardly any more, but here it is kona: 285149399
set your icons to large. if you have iconpackager you can do this through the options.
I don't find anything really wrong with the site (besides what phoon mentioned), but you will not get the aquacontrols unless you find a friend that has them and is willing to send them to you. I am pretty sure that there are almost no sites on the net with them on them anymore. There still might be, but they are not supposed to have them I think. I wouldn't worry about programs that need the aquacontrols because those programs are not being updated and you can't get support for them.
I have found that reading pfds is rather pointless as all they tell you is how to wear them. pdfs, though, are okay for me. I prefer reading them over most anything else available on the computer. [Message Edited]

AquaControls are not supposed to be distributed. all programs reliant on them should also not be in distrobution I beleive. [Message Edited]
I don't know of a way to control the volume of your computer with dx without using a builtin function of dx like dxplayer, an activex control, or a thirdparty program. In order to change the volume in general requires a program. Windowsxp has the sndvol32.exe and a built in funtion to do it through it. However most media players use their own means or a function that calls a built in windows function built in to the program that changes the volume. if you want a dx object to pop up the volum
I think that a subscriber title option is a great idea.
