get a 3d program and learn it. After you have figured that out get a graphics editor and learn it. then make a 3d image in the 3d app and touch it up and/or add extra effects in the graphics editor. there is no magical program that makes them, its a lot of hard work and patience along with talent. have fun [Message Edited]

look at the image that you are trying to make. get its size and create a new image with the same size. make it look like you want and save it as a bmp. then import it into skinstudio. I think that will work.
i don't watch tv anymore accept for the occasional adult swim.
it really depends on the author. some people use a 3d program like bryce and then import the saved file into photoshop or another graphics program and edit it. Some people do it straight photoshop. Any 3d image can be emulated in a normal 2d graphics program. the trick is learning how 3d objects should look in 2d. The first step to learning how to do anything and do it right is to forget about filters. the only filters you might ever use are gaussian blur and unsharpen mask. and
some of the titles are actually part of the graphics and can't be changed without editting the graphics. there are 3 types of titles/labels 1)the inherent labels for every object. these can be set easily on the first tab, but are rarely used because they aren't very flexible 2)extra object titles/labels. sometime to get over the limits of the normal labeles an author makes a seperate object that saysa what he wants it to. These can be changed normally by setting the text in t

you probably won't be able to get a hold of chaninja. I have been trying to contact him for over a month now.
try going through all of the options in cursorxp. if that doesn't help you can manually edit the cursorxp theme. I don't know how to do this though, so I can't help you.
I bet there is but it either involves changing a text like file or hacking the dx program. Maybe somebody who knows about this might help you more. try the desktopx newsgroups. somebody might have already asked this question, and if not you can. a lot of the best of the best of desktopx visit there frequently.
I don't know about if it is tested before being accepted, but I would be more than happy to test it for you.
I have it and it doesn't do that to me.
um err, get a slower computer?
did you ever find the rivers? they are kinda wet like water, and you can swim in them. did you discover a waterfall, they are like the water coming out of your tap, but bigger and prettier
windowblinds has no affect over moving/resizing your taskbar.
you can just unload Windowblinds and it won't be there, but if you use the correct skins windowblinds will allow you to use less memory than if you were using the normal theming of xp, aka luna. iconpackager uses no extra resources because of the way it works. you don't want to uninstall the hotfixes (they are the updates that you need to keep your system safe and secure, and they often help with performance) [Message Edited]
woot! but linux has openoffice? oh well, it is a good step forward

the link I gave you points to the toolbar icon support themes. I clicked in the option at the top and clicked okay. download the theme that you want and install it. then you should have the toolbar that came with that theme available to all themes via the windowblinds config.
my suggestion is to download a bootable cd like knoppix, put it in the cd drive and see if it will boot. you might have lost your hard drive or your monitor. try plugging in another monitor if you have one.
I am not sure how to change the desktopx menu. I don't even know if you can
do you have a mouse? (jk) have you set any extra settings with any programs like x-setup to change windows? specifically where does it not work, and where does it work?
