Looks fantastic. Glad to hear about the resolution support, this is going to be a big stumbling block for a lot of games -- replayability as display technology seriously takes off.
I like the idea for more bonus points at start up. I also like the idea of planet formation, or at least more PQ enhancements, like terraforming for planets up to a PQ of 14... from there you would have to use soil enhancement, etc. I mean, if you supposedly get the technology to create planets... why aren't any planets created in the game? I was disappointed by that. The problem is there are all these useless stars -- they might as well vanish from the map once you discover there is
