I haven't tried support yet, was hoping that it was a known issue/problem. I do not have any shareware from Stardock installed (or any that I know of really). I'll try stardock support. Thanks for the response.

Hello everyone. Every time I attempt to install WindowBlinds 4 on my XP system, I get an error that xpplaces.bm_ has an incorrect size.
