The brand of RAM shouldn't matter as long as you get the right type, and match clock speeds. Tiger Direct and Newegg are both good places to buy from at reasonable prices. Tiger Direct is a little more rebate-oriented, though.

You could also try renaming the file (ie: old_MSWINDOWS.exe) and see what effect that has on your PC rather than deleting a file that may be necessary to some Windows process.

IE is the browser that fully works here. Brad has noted that WC has a higher than average number of FF users, and he is supposed to be hiring more site staff in conjunction with the subscription/access changes. Maybe they will clean up the code so that Mods can get around in FF or Opera.

So all of us who connect by a Level3 ISP will not have to worry about our connection to Wincustomize and other sites whose ISP is Cogent. .
