neowin is still a great customizing place, but the vast majority of themes there are mods of luna or longhorn. People need to become original and think outside the box for lack of a better saying. It's not that they aren't mature, it's that the themes have become stale and used.

I am not using logonstudio but rather a already created logn as my basis that was created by logonstudio. Basically what I did was take an aero logon and unpack it into a directory. From there I edited bitmap_100 and replaced. That worked fine, you can see on that page the ss of the logon with the new background. It's when I re-do bitmap_128 and then replace it that I get the parse error. All I am doing with the bitmap_128 is re-coloring it, not changing any dimensio
