I'm not saying Ratzinger holds a grudge, but I'm the first non-Catholic to ever be excommunicated. And I'm kinda concerned with Papal Games' video game division's just announced "Grand Inquisitor: Limited Nash Edition."

[Here comes one of my typical self-obsessed, barely on topic comments....] You know, I literally begged for guitar lessons.... You'd think my parents would have been happy to have a child who actually wanted music lessons. But no. Eventually I did get... accordion lessons. "It'll help you play the guitar," I was told. What total bulls**t. *HEAVY BURDENED SIGH* Keep up the good work, K.
While in the ER, she was examined, X-rated and sent home. Which reminds me of the old joke: The doctor knocked gently on Sally's door and asked if he could come in. "Of course," said Sally. The doctor asked her to remove all her clothes, then began examining her. Every nook was explored
Doctor's handwriting isn't the only thing that can be hard to read. These "what the?!" moments brought to you from the 'net at large. Extra comments are all mine. 1. Patient has chest pain if she lies on her left side for over a year. 2. On the 2nd day the knee was better and on the 3rd day it disappeared completely. 3. The patient has been depr

You never noticed Prince Charles says "color" over here? Cool! So now you can get an English translation on the Web? Actually there have been for years. Try these, set to "Cockney:" <a href="http://www.rinkworks.co
Maybe you can explain to me the whole Renee Z attraction phenomenon. I... um... I... um... Actually I can't. Maybe if I thought about it for a while. The first time I saw her was on the entertainment news program Entertainment Tonight. They were doing a story on Jerry Magui
But if this was done in Philly, why is the bloke english? Or at least he is using the English spelling of the words. Probably because kingbee was quoting an article from an English paper's website. (I saw it on the BBC's RSS
Ladies, are all the good men taken or gay? Have we got a solution for you! Forget the Channel, you need Butch Cream! James Rove is correct in his definition -- that is the technical definition of a neocon, and would be number one in a dictionary. Unfortunately there would also be a number two, because in common practice the word has devolved into what LW and BakerStreet indicate, mainly due to ignorant misuse by the undereducated-but-passionate wing of liberalism. And number two is an excellent label for that lazy epithet. <TABLE cellp
In what form does this 'core' take? The form of the formless, the image of the imageless, it is called indefinable and beyond imagination. The Tao that can be told is not the eternal Tao. The name that can be named is not the eternal name.
Reminiscent of the Tao concept of the "that which is beyond all that." Look, it cannot be seen - it is beyond form. Listen, it cannot be heard - it is beyond sound. Grasp, it cannot be held - it is intangible. ... An unbroken thread beyond description. It returns to nothingness. The form of the formless, the image of the imageless, it is called indefinable and beyond imagination.
Hey, Jesse! Good to see you. Dark is good. I like dark. My favorite genre is, after all, "dark fantasy" (i.e. "Horror"). My favorite Star Wars movie is the one that was till now the darkest, The Empire Strikes Back. People might not remember, there was some heat given over Empire being "too dark." If that caused Lucas to overcompensate with the dreck known as Return of the Jedi, those who complained should be boil
Have you considered.... modesty? No. When you're as glorious as I am, why hide it?
unless it's so obvious as to be distracting. For instance, I've seen comedies where the timing was totally destroyed. Back in the early days of the technique, they used it on the syndicated broadcast TV version of the final episode of Showtime's Brothers series so they wouldn't have to cut it any
That's the crap you've got to expect when trying to watch films on commercial TV. I rarely bother anymore, unless I've already seen the film, even then sometimes it's too much. For instance, Family Channel cuts the entire ending of Hope Floats, including the line that explains the title! About the only time it's relatively safe is when the disclaimer at the front doesn't say "this film has been edited for content."
Then I edited them to have him say pretty vile things about himself. Hehehehhehehehehe.
