I still have to send a stream of constructors? Ouch. I was hoping all that would be, finally, done abstractly through investment streams.

EA are too silly to pay attention.
Awesome. Not patronising or insulting like those other ones.
Jeez Frogboy. Tortue me on your SP details why don't you!
"bore no real link to my sea creature at all." Since when should it? Where is our 'real' link to the cells we grew from? Sheesh!
Blast that. We touched a little bit on coding during Mathematics BSc but nothing hardcore and it wasn't even C or VS! Anyway, i hope that RPG is the steampunk we were dreaming about, wink wink!
I see my Restoahub! Woo! You've communicated it much better than I could have.
That queen of thorns needs a shawl or something!
Interesting. Got me interesting and quelled fears that the SP won't be a string or just a list of skirmish maps. I still keep faith in you Frogboy!
I've been using privoxy as my adblocker, works well with Chrome. However, I need it to not do something on Impulse or something because that keeps crashing with it!
Right now, myself, Chris Taylor, and Mike Marr are putting our combined design experiences together in trying to create a unique, innovative, and compelling strategy game experience.
Got faith in the team, but you're a big big tease in the SP department. I know you're a SP buff, but with so little info on that I do get wild with my imagination and can only picture a bunch of skirmish maps to play against the AI. Either way, can't wait for this!
Itching to send a waft of singleplayer feedback mwahaa. Although I don't expect the first beta to have it!
Chuckled at how that fairy thing was nearly nude. Why not the whole nine yards? Anyway, from the video very cool looking creatures. It was only the fairy thing that I found to be too generic and dull.
I'm not sure if that still has sold me. Either it is being kept a total secret but all these recent interviews and reports I keep reading seem to describe SP as some "training ground" for the main focus of MP gaming. Which I really really hope isn't the case. For SP being simply a bunch of skirmish maps will be very disappointing - which was the let down in sins. I hope the truth about SP is being hush hush for a nice surprise. Please don't let us down Frogboy, make SP worth it if one n
You can already give yourself a 3 hour game on Civ 4. You don't need to buy some console port to get that. CivRev is fun but Civ4 has everything it has already and more. Civ 4 allows you to customise the game how you want. Short game, epic marathon game. Customisable events/features thanks to the great community.
:) I'm silly nitpicky at the word assassin. I know in the long term it won't have an affect, I just can't feel right with it.
I think beta 2 will be where it will get interesting. Because sp is the one that's been highly sprung about so defo need to give major feedback on that, hehe.
Doubt it will go through and not something that would really be tolerated in any progressive free society. ISPs don't want to do anything that will destroy the trust with their customers. They have a hard enough time to keep them already, this will just completely chase them away.
This whole collection of 'maps' for multiplayer tournamenting is just salivating my anticipation and wonderance on what the hell the single player is! Nice to see Indian pantheons not overlooked!
Let's drill a giant magnet through the axis.
The expansion is essentially enhancing existing features and adding more content. The (back)story of the Dominator war is untouched.
So it isn't a good place to grow asparagus, is it? :)
Exciting. I'm saddened it could have gone Steampunk. Don't feel we have enough of those out there! Especially in this sort of gamestyle. Last game I can really think that was steamypunk is Arcanum! Nice name. I quite like Rook!
I thought Demigod would be much larger in scale since it is built on the Supreme Commander engine which is all about massiveness?
Hah, yes I agree. Sins SP felt underwhelming. Just MP with AI opponents, which was possible in MP anyway!
