As for what the company sends, that drive NEVER gets used, well it does when they bitch that i havent been audited lately... Hey all.. I am looking to make a simple MP3 Player, that will work on multiple systems, with or without DX, with or without iTunes, WMP, etc. It works great as long as you have iTunes as the default, it plays, it works, etc... If i try and use WMP as the default player it wont even find a song, or play or anything. I have tried this on several systems some with WMP as the default player, and it still wont work.
Brad, I am trying to do just this thing, make a simple media player, but im having trouble getting WMP to work at all. The only way i have been able to get WMP to work is to use a widget that was designed to be a WMP player, not just use the DX plugin. Amendment to the network icon multiplying --- if you right click on them they all go away except the "real" one. Its weird.
Bug report: In the "systray" object it shows my network connection but it shows it 3 times, not 1. Any ideas? I have checked this in several desktops, and it does it in all of them. Other then that it looks pretty good.

I was just looking at "my skins" and saw that several of my skins had been downloaded several thousand times, and i thought "what if i got 0.05c for each of those downloads... Yeah thats not much to ask from the person who is downloading, and it does help us skinners at least a little. I have several of these same problems. I have not check but the last time i attempted to make a systray, or taskbar with a background other then the default, it would not work, the image in the bg would be gone, and most of the icons wouldnt show up. I have had the same problem with the meters giving me the "cannot connect to machine". That is VERY Frustrating.
Man, I cant wait to get my hands on this to see what i can do. Keep it coming!
