Hey, Pic, that's wonderful news!! Congratulations!!
I think it's me who's being dense here, Koasati. They all do stay in the correct folder. It's the icon that is not saving as the correct icon. Sorry about the way I wrote that first post. Donna
the animals (who don't have the brains to plan an escape). I don't know about that, Bash. I believe during the infamous Tsunami of last year (which took the lives of many many people), that animals took to the high ground and were saved from devastation because of their "instinct" to sense and prepare
Gotta bump this I'm afraid. I'd really like some feedback on this, if possible. Anyone? Thanks.
Only two I play... Chessmaster 9000 on my mac, and Scrabble on my pc. I know, I'm old and boring!
I've been just simply dragging and dropping my icons to a package builder folder I'm working on. I'm saving them one by one as I go along so that I won't have a bunch of them to do when the package is done. Periodically, when I've applied a new icon, after I save the package, the icons save to the wrong folder. For quite a while they would save in the appropriate folder, but now I'll get my cd folder saving to my scheduled tasks folder. Just today, I h
I just checked my page. I don't have a gallery! oh, wait... I don't have a gallery <img src="http://images.sta
Only if greed is what it takes to make a living. Everyone needs to get paid. And artists need protection as much as consumers.
Goodbye Earl, Dixie Chicks Mary anne and wanda were the best of friends All through their high school days Both members of the 4h club Both active in the ffa After graduation mary anne went out lookin’ For a bright new world Wanda looked all around this town And all she found was earl Well it wasn’t two weeks After she got married that Wanda started gettin’ abused She put on dark g
T The ONLY real issue with the net is whether the info gleaned is factual or sheer bullshit... True, Jafo, but even 'bullshit' is debatable! And if you've been the victim of it... well, even that is
No, Bill. It's not weird at all. I feel your words are an extention of what the modern world can do to us if it suppresses us for too long. Not weird at all.
Ummm. yes, Cyberworld, the name comes from my interest in songwriting. I grew up analyzing the Beatles works. Not just the enjoyment I got from listening to their songs, but from a very analytical viewpoint of songwriting, arrangements, production values. But mostly arrangements. I don't think Lennon and MacCartney would have produced the quality of works they did without George Martin. I feel you really need to know how to arrange songs before you can
That is very cool, Bill.
Ditto, Rep! Information is information, no matter the means of acquiring it. I suppose the difference is what you do with that information once you obtain it. Mmmm! There's nothing like the smell of a brand new leather bound book when opening it for the first time! And even those (leather bound books) are difficult to come by now-a-days. I like to go to this very old bookstore up in Wells, Maine that has rooms upon rooms filled wall to wall,
Ah!! If only I could say I wrote that song, sTonEbLuE! Then I'd say I had 46 to go!
'Smile' Charlie Chaplin's Theme Music for 'Modern Times' Lyrics by John Turner and Geoffrey Parsons - 1954 Smile tho' your heart is aching, Smile even tho' it's breaking, When there are clouds in the sky You'll get by, If you smile thro' your fear and sorrow, Smile and maybe tomorrow, You'll see the sun come shin-ing thro' for you Light u
I only write music. I use my guitars.
Consider this another offer to volunteer moderating!
I used to hsve a tape of one of the bands I was in covering that song, but heaven only knows where that is! I wish I could ablige, but I can't, at least not at this point. That was many years ago, and not a tune that I felt particularly fond of, except for live.
Oh, for heavens sake! Double post! Grrrrr!
Not to worry, China! I also appreciate Benatars many other hits and album entries! Wuthering Heights is just my favorite! Heck, I played the simplistic "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" in many a cover band in my youth. Enjoyed it tremendously!
Pat Benatar? Gotta go with "Wuthering Heights" by Kate Bush!! Benatar did a servicable rendition, but Kate set the original tone for one of the most inspirational pop tunes set to a classic in literature that I've ever heard!
Silliness or not, Bash. Proper grammar, punctuation, spelling... garners respect. Either at age 14 or 40.
However, I feel that there will be a drop off in viewership initially. Not in this household! I have two sports nut sons, a former high school/semi pro forward/defenseman for a husband, a male dog and a male cat! I am so out-numbered in the gonads category! And when it comes to hockey? In New England
