I heard great things about the Dawn of War demo, and actually downloaded it. But my apathy got the better of me, I deleted it before I even installed it. There are a couple easy suggestions I would offer here. Either browse the ObjectDock library as there are lots of good icons in there that can serve multiple purposes. Or check some of the Icon Packager packages. My guess would be to adjust that with Windowblinds. I looked at the screenshot of the theme and didn't see any obvious Windowblinds theme there, so I can't tell you of a specific one. But there are a number of either light or dark ones that I think would compliment that theme nicely (I would go with a light on myself, something like Kewk-HoE or Gfxoasis).
