Does GalCiv need a 'Frogboy' level? in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Many of you probably know that Firaxis added a 'Sid' level above 'diety' level, in releasing Civ3 Conquests. Very few of the 'elite' are able to win real games on this level, but it gives those at the top of their game something new to strive for, instead of just working on perfecting their 'diety' strategy. So, does GalCiv need a similar 'Frogboy' level?

She's not officially joined or anything. It's her decision, but i'm encouraging her in the right general direction. ;) That also really wasn't her official account, which is right now tied up with downloading GalCiv in SDC - but she wanted me to setup a temporary so that she could LOL LOL LOL LOL as the mood struck her. ;)
