I'd like too see a wider array of goverment types with their own advantages and disadvantages in addition to the linear road to democracy that we have at the moment. Say you don't want a democracy, you want to enforce more advanced forms of dictatorship over the population. Nobody who isn't a cyber dictatorship likes you so diplomacy is pretty much out of the window but you get a production and morale bonus (but a research penalty and trade penalty

I like the idea of leaders, gives a human (or alien) face to the whole thing. I think it would be too trickly for Stardock to implement though.

ruption would have an effect on a planetery level except to citizen morale (Why do you care if the citizens of some distant planet light years away keep their own? laws)
