I have Macromedia Studio, Adobe Photoshop 6 and most imaging software....Please could someone tell me which software I should use (or purchase) to make the glossy, plastic looking finish which can be seen on some of the images on wincustomize.com....For want of a better discription its used to produce most of the glassy looking buttons ? If someone could post a list of "wants" we could then look at it and choose a subject to work on...IE "Sunsets"...We the skinners don`t have any idea what you have "too" much of and "not enough of" in the library...Perhaps a clue ? Win Customise should have a page of clear instruction, maybe even a valuation period, say 2 weeks. Some sort of star rating so you can fast track those artists who spend hours and hours making images up that you know are good and there work is genuine. Well chaps...I did make up an image, I did load it to my skins file...Then it became a boot skin...I then checked the files one by one same old stuff image 16 bitmap (the bootskin as .bookskin) then the .ins file checked of accuracy...Then the bar.bitmap everything ok well set as boot and try. I can find nothing in the files hidden or otherwise.I can find nothing unsuual at all. But still it put my pc in a loop which I could not break, it would not even except the command of "del" t

After I had spent hours desiging a boot skin I loaded it to check the quality and workings. ( I have built 100`s ) This one crashed my system putting it into a loop, reboot anfter reboot. Tips on booting... 1. Make the whole page up layer by layer in something like Adobe Photoshop or better still Dreamwaever Fireworks. 2.Take that PNG file to Microsoft Paint and change to 16 Bitmap. I have most of the suites, I have some designs (that took forever) each time I try to upload I get an error message saying error 1010 unable to upload files ? I do not know what this means. I am a web person and can understand most problems that I am presented with on a daily basis but I am stuck.
