Stardock Central always very slow to check for updates in Stardock Support General WinCustomize Forums

Whenever I go into Stardock Central - Skins & Themes and then click 'Check for Updates' it all goes very slow, it generally pops up about 1 new skin each 10-20sec so takes ages if I haven't checked for a while. Aslo while this is happening, the whole PC is very very slow doing anything else. Is there anything I can do to change this? I've checked on differant PC's doinmg a fresh SDC install with std settings but they all fo the same thing. Would love to sort this one.

I have installed XP SP2 on my Tosh Tablet and now I cannot use Blinds as it does not display the tablet inoput panel correcty - Justy about works but slow if its doecked to the bottom but cannot access floating input at all. Works fine with Blinds unloaded Russ

Thanks, Removed 'Lock Dragging' and that cured Zoomer Dock. Have not fixed tabbed dock issue. Tried unistalling, deleting dir and rebooting, reinstaled and ran clean dock but still cannot get tabbed tray properties of an icon? Any other suggestions? Russ

After upgrading to OD Plus I can no longer drag the icons arround on the dock to re-position! I also cannot drag them off the dock to remove!! Also on the new Tabbed dock how do you get to the properties of the system tray tabbed dock icons so you can change the image (I've been told you just hover or L.click and hold for a while and they pop up but not on mine!!! I have made a few WB3 skins but have always kept up to date with the latest blinds releases. When I look at my blinds in SkinStudio they appear to still be recognised as WB3 skins. Is there an easy way to upgrade them to be full WB4 skins? and get rid on any legacy code and settings? Can you configure Windows Blinds not to skin i.e. still use thye default XP Luna scheme but still have the good things like Roll Up/Down on Right Click Title bar?

I have maually refreshed the data but still the latest skin is the 14th May. How can I reset/delete the database and load a new one from scratch?

I cannot download this latest release, something about XML file list error. Anyone got any ideas or is it a startdock issue?
