Well! I must say it was a bit of a mission getting through this weekend but I made it through to here, the tail end of Sunday, safe and sound! Friday was pretty cruisy and, after the crappy time I had on Thursday, it was very welcome indeed. I worked on my car for a few hours doing some fiddly sanding things and getting things pretty much perfect for the final primer coat. The top coat of colour should be

Wow... what a weird night. Come to think of it... a crazy day all round. It started off as such a nice day. It was cool outside for once. I didn't get woken up by an alarm or excessive heat and I was finally starting to feel human and alert again. It's been ages since i've had a great nights sleep. I woke up late and cleaned my room a bit. It doesn't look like a construction site anymore... just a little untidy. Some w

Yeah... the movie, which I will be seeing on Sunday, probably doesn't even still show the full mugnitude of what happened to JC. Acting, in my opinion, never quite matches up to real life. No matter how hard they try. Something I don't get is why some Jewish people are up in arms about the movie, saying it is descriminatory towards them. Havn't they ever heard of viewing somethng in context? Next thing you know, they'll be up in arms about the next WWII movie... but I should really leav

Sounds like she is "The Goods". Go for it. Don't waste too much time. The longer you leave anything, the harder it will be to do. Even if you do something really little first... it's better than nothing at all. Try this on for size... I met this wicked awesome girl a little while ago and she introduced me to JoeUser. Because she has a JU account herself, it means she reads all my posts. All I wanna do is talk about her and things like that but how can I if I know she's going to read it

Thats a great idea. I have recently taken it upon myself to make romance a major focus of my life at the moment. This includes improving myself as best I can, and with God's help, to prepare myself for an awesome future with my wife that He has set aside for me. Im not exactly sure who she is yet, but I too have a list of things I'd like her to have and be. Good looking is one of them. I found that by changing my focus and just letting some things go, it has improved my quality of life

Have you ever tried Boag's Premium ? We have it here in Oz. I think it's made in Tasmania or something. I love it. Either that or Hahn Premium/Premium Light. I used to be a big fan of VB, but then my brother got me into drinking imports and other brands and I hardly touch the stuff anymore. Bottoms Up! *cheers*

..... Sup? ;) I once had to see my Doctor about internet related withdrawal symptoms... He suggested I compile a mix-tape or CD of Strong Bad and HSR related audio I have on my hard drive and play it to everyone I meet.. Or just while in the car and when I'm trying to get to sleep... or something.. I don't quite remember. I was quoting Teen Girl Squad to him at the time. It's all a bit of a blur.... The trip to BrisVegas, and time spent in said metropolis was saturated with u

I'm a bit peeved today about this country's judicial system. I often am surprised and angered to hear how someone got away almost scot-free for drink-driving while in control of a bus full of school children or that someone tripped and fell into a bus shelter and is charged with violent behaviour and damage to public property or some crap like that. The decisions some Judges make truly amazes me. But today I was plain ticked off! On the weekend, at Heaven Nightclub in Adelaide, five fe

For images in your blogs, you need to find a server/website that will host your images. There are a few around the net, available for free. Just Google for some. You should have no trouble. I was lucky enough to have a friend to host my images on his server, so if you know someone who can do this for you then great. It'll save you the trouble of finding an image hosting site that is easy to use and doesn't put too many limits on what you can do... such

Your hypothetical oservations crack me up.. RDRR! I'm glad it didn't ACTUALLY happen to you. That would have been tragic and would cease to be amusing in any way whatsoever. ;) This one time... in Band Ca... no... when I was doing some sandblasting on my car... I had managed to get the 'sand' all over myself, which is in no way difficult. At about 1:30pm, I left to do some shopping and see a friend about something. I looked like i'd been mining coal underground or something but

I've been a little pre-occupied lately... sorry about the lack of updates. Maybe you don't care, but I always do. I had projected targets I wanted to achieve, but I haven't quite made those yet. I also promised you updates on the adventures of Max: The Mad Maniacal Monkey of Mayhem but he too has been a little on the quiet-side lately. I think it's because his best mate doesn't have a name and he's been deep in thought, toiling day and night to find one for him but is

Ok... how much do u want? ... or how about I hold my hand under that guillotine and use my 'spider-senses' to pull it out before I ruin the paperwork? *ninja pose* Actually, glad you cleared that up about what you do... it was something I'd been wanting to ask you :) Long live ZAAPgirl and her action-filled adventures!

I just wrote this random blog about what we spoke about before. I'm not sure if I should make it public or private viewing. I guess I shouldn't risk anything and leave it private but I thought I should ask you first. While i've mentioned some things that may be a little full-on at this stage, I haven't said anything in there that I would regret saying to your face. Then I thought maybe I shouldn't put you in the sort of position where you don't have the choice to not read it. If you know what I'

Wow. That was weird. I've never felt like this before. I've just been asked to put things on hold until further notice. I know this is a good thing. I just don't really know why i'm reacting the way I am {*afterthought* It's because T* is worth it. Every little bit.}. It's like... I could have taken what she said as the old "I don't want what you want. Lets just be friends" line and be pissed off about how someone couldn't be honest with themselves or me enough to tell me what she really thought

I think I know why old people get grumpier as they get older. It's probably a number of reasons, primarily it is a fear of change. They've been changing for their whole younger lives and now that they're comfortable where they're at, and there's plenty of yard work/beer in fridge/sport on TV to be had so they don't have to spend all day talking to the wife, they are reluctant to adopt anything that might be a threat to their way of life. And secondly, now that they are

HUZZAH! Guess what? I just realised something. Last monday when I bought all those records, I managed to get doubles of a fair few. I also seem to have a lot here that I didn't remember throwing in the box. The kind that would hurt my ears if I ever listened to them. Maybe. You're more than welcome to them if you want them. I hope that player you wanted to buy gets fixed soon :) *straps on the jetpack and boosts out of screen*

Good morning, my pretties! Well, I felt like it, so I did. I didn't quite get to Chicken Tonight... but I did make a nice Thai Green Curry. This masterpiece was created using only the finest ingredients, or what we had in the fridge. Freshly Cut! Mushrooms, Thinly Sliced! Carrots, Ice Cold Beanaroonies!, Milk of One Coconut*, Twist-on-Demand Spring Water, a packet of concentrate and a chicken I caught myself, prepared and thinly sliced. As you can see, all to
