I was coming home from Touch Footy Monday night in my brother’s car and he had on one of the many annoying radio stations we have here on the Sunshine Coast. They had just finished with some crappy manufactured pop song and then continued with a conversation that probably started before the song break. They were going on about having a Pass Card for the one celebrity

It's good to know that you weren't brainwashed by a bunch of freaks, masquerading as 'experimental music... musicians" if you could indeed call them musicians. I saw an experimental band just recently and the most remarkable moment of my well-wasted 30 minutes there was when one guy, who was playing a guitar rather badly, reached behind him and picked up a length of heavy-duty chain and began tossing it about. We all burst into laughter when I remarked

I guess my title line "Am I almost a genius?" should have been something a little different. Maybe something like "Heck, I thought I was more of a dumb-ass". I never thought of myself as, or wanted to really be, a genius. I was just very surprised at the results. It's all done in fun anyway. Some people here are taking my comments just a little too seriously. That goes for a lot of comments and articles i've made. *sighs*

I know not many people agree with Muggaz, but I do. Rape is bad. It disgusts me. Offenders should be castrated. False accusers should have a few fingers chopped off. But then again, with the amount of rape allegations coming out in our country at the moment, there must be some truth to at least one of the situations. I think that most are probably just out for a selfish quick dollar, but some are for real and it has taken all this media atten

Wayne, your Super IQ score is 141 Your overall intelligence quotient is the result of a scientifically-tested formula based on how many questions you answered correctly. But it's only part of what we learned about you from your answers on the test. We also determined the way you process information. The way you think about things makes you an Intuitive Investigator. This means you have multiple talents and can do anything you set you

Of course. They asked me if I wanted to buy a 15 page explanation of the test results. Also, being on the web, I wonder how many people use search engines and stuff like that to help them with their scores? I did the whole thing in my head with no assistance.

Congratulations, Wayne! Your IQ score is 136 During the test, you answered four different types of questions — mathematical, visual-spatial, linguistic and logical. We analyzed how you did on each of those questions which reveals how your brain uniquely works. We also compared your answers with others who have taken the test. According to the sorts of questions you got co

Thanks for the support everybody! I hope it works out too! If anyone lives around the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, you can meet up with me for a celebratory dinner at Sizzler, Maroochydore at 7:30pm on Friday, 19th March. Tomorrow even. There will be a full-blown party after I start earning some moolah :) Don't forget to check out Strong Bad and his crazy friends. Watch him use his powers for good and for awesome! <a href="h

I was just offered a job in I.T. and I accepted. I've been thinking about it for a while and it's like the perfect work scenario for me in many ways. Now I just have to figure out the logistics of getting myself down there a.s.a.p.! At the risk of sounding like a happy-clapper... Praise the Lord! Actually... I don't care. I never usually have th

You know... you're the best ever. I came to this conclusion just now because firstly... there is nothing better than finding as many sweet things as possible to go with plain old vanilla icecream. Lamingtons, cream, milo, malt, several types of flavoured topping, condensed milk, crushed biscuits (esp. Kingstons), shaved chocolate, cake, honey... the list is endless. Each bowl is a trip to Hyper-land! So sweet.. so tasty.. So much fun! Secondly

I was just mowing the lawn today and ponderingly pondering a few things... One was "Why am I such a perfectionist at times?" For example... I have been in the process of restoring my car for near on 12 months now. It still isn't finished to my liking and there is still a little way to go. Also... the lawn looks like it has been prepped for a reality television show. It looks a pretty picture. I snipped, pruned, mowed, weeded and groomed for o

Part I Another fantastic weekend in Brisbane has just passed by. Another swag of photos dumped on my hard drive. Another disappointing browse as I find that half the pics haven't turned out because the camera doesn't like taking night pictures even though it has a flash. This is soooooooooo frustrating. I can see that I'm going to have to buy a m

PART II Saturday saw Dan and I sleeping in till 11, then finishing off his Bouldering Wall. It's not a rock-climbing wall because you don't use ropes. It's all unassisted. We slapped on some 'home made' textured paint and knocked down a few Co

Yes.. I heard that cheese has morphine-like properties. This would explain my want to have cheese with anything I can, so long as it is socially acceptable that is. It also may have something to do with the urge my brother and I have to steal cheese from the chopping board as Mum is slicing/grating it up. We like to cut off overly thick slices as midnight snacks too, but I know of many single males that do that. Seinfeld's Ge

That all sounds awesome, very interesting and, as you said, time consuming :) I'd be the same if I was offered I.T. related things like that at college. It's just a shame that I wasn't. I hope it isn't all too much for you but yes, it will look great on your resume :) I guess it's good that you're not finishing this year. Now you can give all of your subjects the focus and time they deserve to be done well. Not just 'done'. Hope you f

I came to the fantastic realisation tonight that all of the stuff that has happened to me in the past, whether bad, not so bad, caused by me or not, isn't something I should not be ashamed of. In the end it all works together for good, builds my character and makes me who I am today. Just because I made some stupid choices back whenever doesn't mean I should punish myself for them every

Surprisingly Muggaz, as opposed to you, not everything in my world is related to scoring with chicks. I did mention that this also happens with guys, but no where near as often. Hardly ever. I'm confident also. It just seems that sometimes I have a proverbial brain-fart and I can't think straight. Imajinit: I don't compare myself with anyone really. Only Jesus. And I never come close. I know exactly who I am and what I am like. I have trouble

I don't understand why I find it SOOO hard to be myself around people that I find fascinating. When I am myself, some people find me fascinating. It is very rare that any mutual fascination happens. If it does, sometimes it isn't long until I am acting weird again. I can't seem to help it. No matter how hard I try! This goes for males as well as females, but it usually is the females I have trouble with. Maybe it's because I find them to be wo

That's so good hey? I can't believe how many of you just happened to give it away in the space of a week or so. You will find that your quality of life will improve gradually over the next three months or so, but it will be hard. Stick to it though! If you ever need any help or are just having a crappy time, don't hesitiate to give me a call! Speaking of having lots of energy and wanting to run everywhere... I found strenuous exercise was grea

I'm broken! So much for having fun at Touch Footy tonight. On top of being massively tired still from the weekend and work today, I managed to make myself feel worse by taking an injury or two for the team tonight. I've been limping around on a sore ankle since last week at Touch when I twisted it at some stage
