It is VERY important that you do not use SKS5 to edit skins on Vista that have startmenu animations. This is because SKS5 will strip those sections when it saves the file. Dan what anti-virus program are you using? That and how did you install windowblinds? What security do you have running as for UAC and /or firewall and is there a antispy program being used? Also if you could post your system info for windowblinds it would help a lot.

From what I see here it is that the icon format you are using is wrong size for a Vista Icon. Most Vista icons are 256x256 ... Yours seem to be small Try not to use not icons or ico files with small formats. Instead open the icon with like icon developer and export the icon to an image file and then you can edit the image to the correct size to be used in Objectdock. That will be completely on how and what the final program has and is able to do. But at present - no it is needed to do a lot of things not being made available... I could make a very large list and it does cause problems using SKS5 under Vista if you are not using the right settings. You know, I really really don't want all of my WindowBlinds skins moved to any other directory. Then lets put them back with this little bit of help and not worry about them being moved. Just one thing tho - be sure you change this back to it's original key before you update wb again. thus only placing the basic skins wb6 comes with in the shared folder and your library where you want it. Ok peps I do a lot of editing for Vista and XP too! SOooooo... I've seen where the latest update for SKS and WB {mostly WB} moved all our skins to a shared folder. Right ? Well...~! Seems there are some rather interesting problems related not to the program. But to how it has changed is all for everyone else. Mine here on Vista is improved with better placement. Interesting IRB but I would need to check the skin and the images as I usually do. This can have many reasons for acting the way it does and it is hard to say...
