The point is even if it's a complete coincidence they are the same design. This puts it in the spotlight and a discussion was inevitable. Morphium blew his chance to resolve it by being a total asshole. That was his choice. Green skin gets no respect if only for that one reason.

Right-click the file download link and select "save target as". Then save it to your desktop and install from there. If you want to disable the auto-download of Windowblinds files, go to Tools/Folder Options/File Types from an explorer window and scroll down to the .wba file type. Put a check in the box that says "confirm download" and it will behave like any other file type when you click the download link.

When I first saw this skin I thought oh, a green Abracadabra. The fact is, whether the titlebar and titlebar buttons are copied or not, they look like a copy. Acknowledging that and being cool about it would have helped the green skin's case a lot more than being defensive and making rude posts on other people's skins. If you copied any skins from a CD or backed up and restored the directories you could have some that are read-only. Check the properties on one of the directories that wouldn't delete.

just an update... Olga has taken down the site and is making some changes. I gave her permission to use the site design if she meets some conditions: give me credit for the graphics, remove my logo, and contact all the skin and wallpaper authors to get permission to post their work (and give them credit). I am in contact with Olga now and we are working towards resolving the issue of her stealing my site design. She seems to be a very nice person and is being reasonable and honest (and extremely appologetic). I will try to get her to contact all of the skin authors for permission to post their work and let her know the error of her ways regarding redistributing skins and not giving credit to the artists. My email got bounced back (in Russian) and now my client machine, the one I've been working on, won't stay connected to my network. I'm in the middle of 3 projects that all have a deadline of Monday so I can't deal with any of this right now. I'm gonna shut off my modem and get back to work. jeesh... I just saw this. I emailed her and left a note on her guestbook (probably deleted by now). I'm amazed at the lack of integrity I see so often. She stole the graphics and coding for my site and then puts a copyright notice that it all belongs to her. She even stole my logo. I still run some older skins that don't have them so it wouldn't bother me at all. In the advanced features in WB you can select a shellstyles to use from another skin so it really shouldn't be a big deal for anybody, just pick another skin's treatment if you have to have them... Can't wait to see your new skin! New work from you is always a treat.

We do still send letters sometimes, just not for every moderated wallpaper. If you submitted it, it showed up in your skins list, and then it disappeared, that means it was moderated. If you submit it again you *might* get a letter...
