Definitly no 'auto-pilot' with wallpapers. They get evaluated by several people and we all take it seriously. Sometimes it takes days to decide and we get quite a lot of submissions every day.

I just posted your wall to the library Lecrayon. https://www.wincustomize.com/window.asp?Cmd=COMMENTS&Lib=8&SkinID=3423 I hadn't deleted it so I figured for the sake of discussion we could put it up and see what the general feelings are. This would be an interesting piece to see some feedback on.
Don't be offended but I know of one wall you uploaded that didn't get in Lecrayon. It was rejected because the image looked like it had been enlarged from a smaller one. It had that pixelated low res look when it was viewed full size, the image quality deteriorated too much. Also, although it was a creative jumble of unrelated objects, it was judged to be an idea that could have benefited from more work in the composition to be an effective desktop wallpaper. We look forward to seeing
Must be a Brittish thing... (?)
> that's my vote...
You need to install LogonStudio https://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/ to use the logons posted here. I don't think you can convert logon screens from other sources without rebuilding them in LogonStudio. Just taking a stab at what you might be asking, I can't read the Russian parts...
Right on Woodbridge – This is definitly one of those milestones in skinning. This is a "must-have" suite of skins...
hmmm... I wonder if that's possible....
Here's a collection of all the docs: http://www.windowblinds.net/skinning/ The link called 'UIS2 Referrence' has all the settings for the UIS in a list. Very handy guide...
I've heard nothing but good things about it. The special effects get better each time and it sounds like the characters in this one have a bit more 'character' than the last two. I'd be willing to go see it but I'm like paxx when it comes to what it costs to go see a movie.
Bless all the poor souls who fought and died in wars, the brave soldiers who lost their lives as well as the innocent victims of mankind's most tragic and horrible enterprise. Curse the devils that start wars, and save a special place in hell for those that profit from war.
/me anxiously awaits the release of "Clones" on DVD so he can borrow it from his son who is sure to buy it...
I never said anything about clutter... That's not a bad idea Peff, replacing the subscriber icon. We're already talking about some different ideas, maybe something will happen, maybe not... There will undoubtedly be a lot of discussion about this, and eventually a decision will be made. At that point, we'll all know if there will be more icons...<img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/jok
I don't expect to see lots of user icons here. The individual ones that Alex made for Doreen and China were exceptions for a couple of dear old friends. The admins/wizops having icons is also a very limited use. We'll have to wait and see if it goes any further, but I wouldn't count on it...
not for me... it's actually been faster than ever before for the last week. Try deleting your cookies and logging back in. Also, what browser are you using?
Now you need to change the email on the old account, log out, delete your cookie, log in with your real email and you should be logged in on the new account.
I truly believe Universe is the best skin suite ever done... a milestone in perfection for a whole suite of skins... /me remembers saying that about the last one from pixtudio too...
hmmm... still no post from Garry?
Thanks... It's an old site that's still unfinished. I hope you read the John Gilmore bit, I found it such a sensible argument I gave it a page on my site so I wouldn't forget the human side of the argument.
I'd be happy to check it out [email protected] I'm running XP and Win2K w/OB...
I've got an old version of Windowblinds running on a 200Mhz machine with 128Mb of RAM and it runs fine, no resource problems at all. I also have the newest version (it's now 3 btw) running on two other machines, a 450PII and a 1.1GbPIII notebook. I have absolutely no problems with resources or speed. I'm not sure where the problems with speed that people talk about comes from. I suspect there are some apps that don't behave well and need to be excluded or set with a per-app UIS1 skin,
I have about 2Gb of MP-3's on my notebook and about 10Gig on my desktop. Almost all of them are songs I copied to my computer from CD's I own. What I don't get is Sony and all the other manufacturers are making MP-3 players for home stereos and the car. The advantage is touted as - you can put 10 hours of music on a single CD (programmed to your taste). They also sell home CD copiers for stereo systems. So how does Sony the electronics company co-exist with Sony the movie and music com
btw - afaik only T-Man could change a nick. The message board is not going to get action on something like that, you would need to send an email for such a request. It's a holiday weekend here in the states so the soonest your request would be seen is Tuesday. The chances are, after reading your email, T-Man would respond that you could just sign up for a new account with whatever name you want. So the quick and easy way is - make a new account... <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smil
gwall - since you have no skins posted, just sign up with your new nick. Make a new account and delete the old one. Then you will be Garry....
Thanks for pointing it out... I didn't know the poll had changed...
