I just started using it when I got the Logika suite of skins and I love it.

A friend of mine discovered the same thing about hang-gliding... Don't get a cold Russ, The last thing you want to do with broken ribs is cough a lot. good luck, god speed with healing
Brad, that's the best description of the truth I've seen yet in all the jabbing going on. McDonald's is a good example of a predator corporation. Read the book "Fast Food Nation" if you don't know the details. Microsoft is another great example of predatory corporate policies. Stardock? Give me a break... Stardock has provided exceptional customer support, community support and great customizing software. So has WinStep and Hoverdesk. I don't see any difference between the three except the fo
Maybe if you spend too much time in front of a computer the whirring, buzzing noise and radiation from the screen eventually distorts your brain in such a way that reason morphs into ego and aggression... Whatever it is, I have a headache... It's sad to me that something I have enjoyed so much now feels like a disputed territory claimed by rival camps. I'm gonna try to forget this whole thing and not give it more importance than it deserves. But I won't be visiting c

each category of skins uses a particular program. Is you got an icon from the DesktopX section, you need to download and install DesktopX to use it. every category has a link to the program required in the skin's title bar. Just click on the program name...
Here's a link to another article about it: http://www.infoworld.com/articles/hn/xml/01/12/07/011207hnwipo.xml It's basically the same 'digital' copyright laws as before but spread across a lot more of the world. Sadly, it also perpetuates the "WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty" which supresses technology and information distribution in favor of profits for a few special interests and manufacturers. Protecting the intellectual property of artists and developers is one thin

Excellent work davad and froggy... it's gone now. It really doesn't take a lot of thought to realize that copying someone's work and posting it as your own is wrong. I'm glad the admin at that site was so quick to realize and correct the problem. The clarity of your posts over there surely helped a lot.
Awesome suite of skins! This is definitely my new favorite, most comprehensive, professional and well designed set I've seen. Great job Pixtudio!
Are there many @home subscribers here? Just wondered how it's going for you. I had AT&T @home service in Oregon so I got switched to AT&T's broadband service which has about half the speed, an upload cap of 128Kbs and some serious DNS problems. (plus I lost my email address of "weekends@home" ) I had a lot of trouble getting my network back online so if you're having any problems with an ICS

All things must pass... George Harrison's contribution to music and to the the conciousness of my generation will live on as a tribute to his memory. something in the way you moved us..... rest in peace brother...

C'est de grandes nouvelles Paxx. Merci pour shareing l'article... hehe - how did babelfish do?
I tried to reproduce this but it never crashed. I added excludes, modified the settings for existing ones, deleted some and reset them... works fine here. You're not using Dmer's computer are you?
I think the community has fragmented and rejoined several times over the last year or so. I don't think there's ever been one community for skinning as much as there is now. In spite of the abundance of sites. It's an evolutionary change, growth in numbers, growth in participation and a lowering of the expectations. It's a lot easier to customize your desktop now and a lot more people have been exposed to the concept. The programmers, hackers and application builders share the same spac

It's certainly a great looking site. I liked how it works except for his forcing a full-screen window. On my 1600x1200 screen it's ridiculous to force a full screen window with a non-resizing site. I had to turn off webblinds' popup control to view his site and then after noticing the link to skinz.org (skintacular) in his links I wondered if he'd changed it from the old url. He hadn't and suddenly I was at a porn site that kept opening full screen windows faster than I could close them... but

(Incidentally A guy was prosecuted in this country recently because a Women saw him in his house in a Window Naked.) He said he had just got out of a bath Tub. To add to this point... In the early sixties a man in Iowa, a single parent and a schoolteacher, had his 6 year old son taken from him and put in a foster home and all the other horrible things that go with that (fired, financially destroyed by legal fees, blackballed from the community etc) because he drove an imported red spor
