Things are flying here and usually when it's slow for everyoune . . . everyone complains. Isn't that always the way ? Today - site is loading just fine. Always seems like we get to take turns on who cant manuever today. I had trouble all week.....
Has anyone tried clearing the cache (delete the CursorXP folder in the "C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Stardock" folder)? hmmm followed pathway......I get as far as Application Data and it ends there - no Stardock folder at all..just 1 folder named " Microsoft "

Ditto on the CursorXp crashing for unknown reasons. When I try to change cursors- there's a long delay after choosing the cursor I want - cursorXp stays " white " Then finally will change. " CursorXp encountered a problem" occuring about 50% of the time with heavily animated cursors - but ones I have used before without a problem. I've been using windows default cursor .......

Fairyy~....I have tried to upload my first avatar many dozens of times periodically over the last 4 weeks...with no success....I have followed your 'squeaks' and also Wreckless Eric's comments hoping for a solution but no luck until I just followed KiloKrash's link and signed in there (didn't know you could do that!)....uploaded avatar and voila....in a flash..

I agree with everything you both said- If i see its a " Gadget " I dont even bother downloading it. Not to say some Gadgets arent really cool..and yes - I'd purchase one if it was really different ...but I am too use to using F9 F10 and the not being able to open a gadget in DX builder just seems counter productive to having DesktopX ...that was the ' perk " of it all. At least separate them - as they are not widgets. They are Gadgets..... Its like seeing a sign for Cockerspaniel pupp

Bravo Bichur... I think that was one of the first problems I encountered a few years back. You could tell me to rename that zip 10000 times...but show me in a picture- that I can grasp.
Many of us make right click menu's - months ago I asked if there was going to be a place to upload right click skins. Noone answered at the time. really, does it need a skin library? A little thing like changing a 50x50 avetar - 45 minutes later - sign in - sing out - delete cookies - cache - sign in sign out - upload 15 times. End up with same avetar. The irritating part is the message you get. Upload successful in one place then upload failed above it. I only uploaded one item. Talk about a mixed message.
I find it easier to type the code than use the quote button You mean highlight what you want to quote and then type in code ? what code do you type in ?
