The old FotR thread was getting too big and it was taking too long to load the thread, thus this new one.

Wombat force fed me some drugs yesterday saying I set back Ben's hard earned diplomatic relations by about a decade. So today I am calm and serene and full of good lovin'.... :D

Good morning all! Statbot says I've got like a 7.58 difficulty...I'm thinking that means Huge games are weighted more than Small games. :( Oh, well...I can be a Painful! :)

Hopefully Cari will be able to figure out my little submission problem. :notsure:

As far as I can tell--the weighting is exactly an average of the games' difficulty (maso=10, crippling=9, etc.). Since I only have 15 games submitted, it is easy to check the calc for me. 15 games (10 maso, 1 crippling, 1 painful, 1 tough, 1 normal = 135 difficulty points divided by 15 games = 9 avg. difficulty--exactly what the statbot reports :) ). If you need avg. difficulty of 9.5 or better for the black shield--only 15 masos to go :)

I knew thre was some unconscious reason why I was here ;) . I'm drawn by its perfume! I come here and suddenly my work (waiting by the side of the keyboard) doesn't seem so annoying after all (or maybe it's because I'm just not doing it while in here . :) )

Here http://idle.thehueys.com/midwest/statbot/ is the statbot. Shows stats for the Top25 empires. You can drill down to individual empires and players within these empires.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that this is hosted by our 4th place empire, the Mid-Western Confederation.

Yes, but the program has some problems with submission in foreign versions: if you look at my stats with statbot, you will see that it can understand only the english: the map size "normale" (which correspond to normal) is in the chart but not in the array to the right. When I submit in french, it is under the 1.10 version and in english under 1.13

Me too! I've been lucky so far, no problems at all submitting games (knocks on wood).

I started playing rare habitables when Special Forces overtook FotR. After playing common habitables, it seems to be a much shorter game .... as you can see from the frequency of my recent submissions.

VERY STRANGE? :notsure:

Our empire score has gone down since this morning (see #1662 above) and we've lost a game .... total was 1143!

I'm confused! :notsure: Does anybody know what's going on?
