Frustrations of Charisma... Do you mean our frustration waiting for the next installment? I wouldn't worry too much about his frustration with the situations involved; they happened awhile ago, and the main characters have mostly moved on. I'm certain he's mentally scarred for life, however...

Okay, to chime in on this myself... he obv cares for the rugrat, and in the pictures I've seen of them together they're both very happy. Circumstances aren't always ideal, but one makes the most of it. I daren't say more, for fear of incriminating grey.
I had heard the allegation in the past, but can't recall from whom. *shrug* These articles are nice to read, ShadowWar, and I appreciate you posting them. Could you perhaps include a link next time? And maybe there's a better way of keeping your comments separate (less necessary here, but I was a bit confused by your follow-up article with the bold text in the middle).
Houseofstone - The Penis game is a simple past-time. It answers the age-old question, "Who can say Penis the loudest in a public place?" In our case, it was the vans... The Chucks would start off, and once I could hear them in my corner, I'd let my smooth baritone blast carry back to the Thirty-Threes. That would shut them up for a bit. stevendedalus - "Fudging this story?" Have you read the rest of the Charisma series? And you ask the q
My wife and I are liking it quite a bit. it's odd that it comes only in 8 packs (another gimmick to "cut calories" by giving you less servings?). And I haven't tried it with alcohol yet, but I'm sure it'll be alright for me, as I got used to Diet Dr. Pepper and Old Crow pretty quickly.
I don't know that he was ever lined up to play Two Face, but yeah he was Harvey Dent in the first film. I sort of wished he had a bigger part as that, that they had developed his friendship with Wayne, and that they might've landed him for the villain of the second film, sure. And they could've easily introduced a (properly immature) Robin due to this introduction, perhaps later in the film, with the adoption of Dick Grayson at the *end* of the film,
dharma - I don't think that "showing them the error of their ways" is going to work very effectively. They don't seem to be the type to back down off of something like this, only weasel if it appears they will get in trouble. This will most likely result in a lot of confrontation and heartburn for you, and probably needs to be resolved by *someone* moving away. Having said this, I fully agree that you can't take this laying down any more. Good l
I was hoping greywar Link would comment here, so I wouldn't have to try and pay attention to the content, and could just nitpick... but nitpick I shall. 1. Top 50 shouldn't include down to #60. 2. You shouldn't leave blank spaces. If you don't have a match in mind that is better than, ferexample, Hitman v. Austin, then it shouldn't be #36, it should be #35. 3. In #16, you either mistyped or
I'm willing to say that Venom is a fairly safe bet. Not knowing how the Osborn storyline comes around in this story may put a damper on that (there's the possibility, I suppose, of some sort of Green Goblin coming back). Venom is not nearly "new," by the way, as Secret Wars (which introduced the costume) was in 1984, and Venom first appeared in Amazing #299 in early '88. He doesn't have some of the "age" of the other villains listed, but he does<
Y'know, it occurs to me that the sort of training and testing that prospective US citizens go through, the training and testing that dharma so aptly points out makes these naturalized citizens more knowledgable about their adoptive society, is very similar in both cause and effect to entrance into the Catholic church. Now if I could only turn this odd parallel into a blog entry...
See, HoS, that comment about the shouting matches would have gotten you an "Insightful" point from me, had you a log-on of your own. I feel less of a man that I hadn't said something similar. I still win at the "Penis" game, tho. (Yes, that's a reference to the "shouting match" comment.)
See, from your other article (Islam Link ), I expected this to simply state: Belgians do not like Belgium Go figure.
Well, he has likened himself as a somewhat-surrogate-father-figure to his soldiers in the past. Link Not a terrible comparison, actually... As far as the revolving of the world around the one know as Houseofstone, perhaps you could create an actual log-in and blog, and regale us with some of the stories in the way you remember them? I know none of us were around on some o
Glad to see someone with more knowledge than I is chiming in here. The little I know is either basic military doctrine (not much of which is applicable) or from simple observations of soldiers usually more fitness-minded than myself. I think a log of your workout regime and its results would be pretty interesting, and maybe some encouragement for me as well. I have to get back into shape after a few TDYs involving too much drink and too little ac
Is there anything you can do to fix the columns in this one? It would make it even more useful when you link back to it from one of your other articles. Link

So, since I am "attending" a Texas learning institution for my eArmyU classes, our Government class is required to cover Texas Government as well. This chapter was my first foray into such areas... Texans are weird. Chapter 20 The Texas Constitution 1. Texas declared its independence from Mexico in: a. 1845. b. 1861. c. 1836
So, whilst driving around aimlessly in San Antonio (well, we were looking for somewhere to eat, but we didn't follow any particular direction to do so), we passed by a Ruth's Chris Steak House. I mentioned it, and received the response, "That's a bit expensive." Probably too upscale for the two kids, too. So, here I am, again living vicariously through greywar's experiences...
And we're still getting some glitches, still apparently with timestamps. As I write this, the top 3 articles under "Recent JoeUser Articles" have been timed at one minute before midnight tonight. They won't scroll off until tomorrow morning. Hoping there's no intentional mischief here...
Like I pointed out, Tendrils, you'd have to get that "grass-roots ballot item" through 2/3 of the States' legislatures . Madine - I don't know that Congress truly wants that power in the hands of any president, anyway. Besides, it would only eliminate the pork barrel items that the current president disagreed with. Not a complete solution to Tendrils's perceived problem.
I thought perhaps you were referring to the glitch last night... it seems that some number (greater than ten) of articles were erroneously posted with a time stamp of just before midnight, even though the real time wasn't quite 9pm (or earlier, I'm not entirely sure, as I missed this for awhile, too). This caused them to stay on the top of the "Recent JoeUser Articles" list, and may have caused some people to comment less in the forums as well, as the
I think if you're trying to bulk up, the cardio is going to be counter-productive at this point. Probably save it for when you want to get cut, after the mass is on. Remember: high weight, low reps = mass building; low weight, high reps = toning. A generalization, to be sure, but one I've seen over and over again. Also, if you think you are doing high weight, high reps, then you're wrong. Up your weight.
While I don't wish to fully address the main thrust of your article (although I think you're being overly idealistic, and will point out that nothing would get done in Congress due to the constant give-and-take necessary to make the bereaucratic wheels turn), I will ask, "Who's going to make the Amendment, if 'the boys are not going to do this themselves?'" Fortunately, I'm taking a Government class right now, and can just quote from the book:
And the essay: Discuss the arguments for and against national referenda in the United States. Why were the founding fathers insistent upon reserving the right to vote to the propertied class? Why do you think that they also create a buffer so that the people could not directly elect U.S. Senators or the President? Despite the Founders firmly believing that government requires the consent of the governed, they also seemed to feel that
