THANK YOU!! Link There it is...it's even sadder than I remembered.
Ok so there’s this movie that I saw a long time ago. It might not have been a movie, it might have been a tv show. It’s about this other planet or alternative reality or far distant future of earth where it rains (or maybe just overcast) all the time. The focus is on a group of children. They have to stand in front of tanning lights as part of their daily routine
*hugs*
Wasnt' there a movie, was it "Weekend at Bernie's" or something like that....?
I don't like poetry. So when I clicked on this I was surprised how quickly it sucked me in. I loved it. The best I could do was give my son my maiden as his second middle name. The poor kid. Great job....
Sounds like a movie in the making!
Thanks Frightlever, I'll check it out!
I've been trying to find a game that will suit me. So far no luck. Back in the day, I loved 7th Guest & 11th Hour. The nice basic Warlords was nice, as was Magic the Gathering. I have never been able to get into Myst. Maybe I need to do the strategy guide thing. Maybe I'll have to try this Sims thing, but it just doesn't excite me. Thanks for the write-up Draginol! wow....you're a dumbass.... My b-day's coming up. It's the big 3-0 for me as well. I'm just gunna keep my mouth shut and see if my husband remembers. That way, if he does, Good for Him! If he doesn't, there's a decade worth of guilt right there. So....how did you make it up to her?
I am confused about greywar and xtine, though . . . are they married or brother and sister or something? doh, I didn't even see that comment until greywar quoted it. Yeah, he's my ex. We still talk though. Who can resist his razor-sharp charm? <img src="../images/smiles/smile.gif" border=0 ALIGN="ab
Greywar.
I like that middle one too. Although there's something to be said about the red, white, and blue bow. That's nice too.
WOW! So much done since I checked in yesterday afternoon! Very exciting. I checked with my local recycling center and they do approximately 30 cents a pound. Also, every year they do a bonus (like 5 cents extra per pound) on earth day, which is in april.
why ask why? It'll just get everyone riled up again.
WF:You've got mail.
Wisefawm, I sent dharma a rough graphic that I pulled together rather quickly. If you would like that, or would like any assistance with graphics, I'd be willing to help there. Just let me know!
A pirate walks into a bar and the bartender says, "Hey, I haven't seen you in a while. What happened, you look terrible!" "What do you mean?" the pirate replies, "I'm fine." The bartender says, "But what about that wooden leg? You didn't have that before." "Well," says the pirate, "We were in a battle at sea and a cannon ball hit my leg but the surgeon fixed me up, and I'm fine, really." "Yeah," says the bartender, "But what about that
I want to find a set of green felt shamrock eye patches for the dart team...haven't been successful so far. Guess I'll have to break down and make them. But I'm not so good with the craftsy stuff.

Way to go, xtine! Thanks for the support LadyCleve! I was just stunned speechless by the thought of capturing the thing alive.
Cute. Last St Patricks day I was out throwing darts with my team (dart league woohoo!) and one of the guys tried to affect an irish accent. He said, "Arr! I'm a leprachaun, matey!" I said, "No....that's a pirate...." Our new team name was born: The Irish Pirates!
