One big reason that many Americans have guns is that our police are just about useless and our court system often lets go the criminals that the police sometimes DO manage to catch! I suspect our crime rate would drop dramatically if we first shot all our lawyers.

What bugs me are the people who go around rating skins "1" but not leaving any explaination why. I had a hit and run on one of my skins recently and I have no idea why... Especially since it's one of the more popular ones.

Chat is svchost.exe? Whenever I check, there are usually 1-5 copies running. Also, when I close them, they immediately respawn.
