I'm using PS7 I can easily reduce it to only 16 colors, but when I go to save the BMP I can't select anything less than 8bit. Thus, when I load the bootscreen, I just see the old windows bootscreen in funky colors. Do you know how to get PS to save in 4-bit?
Do you think they'd do an upgrade if it was purchased in May?
When will the library for this be up?

Morphium, have you gone to the link, clicked on the images, and looked at them? They're quite good, and if the bottom one had been abstract art (which the photo essentially is) produced by a graphics program instead of by God, it would probably rate an 8.

Yes, the photos are public domain. No I didn't see any links about use, but on all government sites I've looked for that information, they've all said that their photos can be used freely unless stated otherwise. Yes, the walls are unmodified photos (aside from resizing and cropping). I'll touch them up and stuff if necessary, but I feel that they easily stand on their own. I'm planning on submitting a couple of wallpapers that are NASA photos of the recent solar flares. http://www.nasa.gov/vision/universe/solarsystem/10.28Flare.html Would this have a chance at being accepted, or should I not waste my time uploading the submission? (I'm on dial-up)
I couldn't get the longhorn bar to dock, and have maximized windows not cover it except by reducing the work area. Is there any way to have an object reduce the work area itself?

You know how the list will be used? Spammers will downwload the list and use it as a free list of valid emails which they can spam.

When using IconX, three of my icons have magenta backgrounds. I cannot seem to get them to go transparent again. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It's a waste of money, you can easily get 98% of the performance of the box you're looking at for under $2k If you want looks, look around the web for custom cases, there's some real awesome ones for only a couple hundred. The best PC out there these days is one where you go to your local computer shop (not a chain), tell them what you want it for, that you want the best, and that you want it to look cool.
When I think of the difference between Winamp 2.x, Winamp 3, Windows Media Player, etc. is that WA2 is compact, functional, and fast I agree that the capability to alter the structural part of the interface is quite nice. I believe that there are other reasons that WB has a clear preference over styleXP. I've tried both, I found styleXP to be a bit of a pain and buggy at times, but WB has been perf
