Another complete whiff by SD. I can't believe they would make a game like this with no limit to the number of items you can wear. It just makes absolutely no logical sense whatsoever, and makes game balance impossible.

Is it really entertaining to do the same thing over and over again? Is it the game to blame if the player insists on doing something dull and repetitive?
If that "dull and repetitive" action is the most effective way to defeat the enem
Wow dude, 24 yards of rock a wheelbarrel full at a time??!! I had 12 yards of fill dirt delivered in the spring raise the ground elevation around my basement foundation. I'm still spending hours on my weekends and evenings moving dirt, 4 months later!! You are a glutton for punishment. My hats off to you.
Quoting Elikal, reply 6 Yes I agree. Summoning is useful, but other than that, I feel magic is a waste of time. same, magic need a major overhaul
Eesshh... you'd think a game with magic in the title would have put some thought into the magic system. This is one of a few major flaws that so far are keeping me from buying the game.
Any ETA on when this will be fixed? This is a major flaw for me and I'm still holding off on buying the game until all major flaws (such as this one) are fixed.
Some champions being overpowered while others are worthless doesn't make the situation better, it makes it worse. They should be balanced and feel like a natural part of the game, not some weird thing you can exploit to break the game but should otherwise ignore.
Seems to me it indicates a range of Champions from worthless to very powerful. That sounds like fun to me. Don't want all champions to be the same. <
Quoting Tyveil, reply 77 Pirating software is thievery, it's illegal, and morally wrong. No, it's a copyright violation. That is illegal, too, of course. It, however, is not theft. Like I said, you call an apple an apple (copyright violation), and not an orange (theft), even though both are fruit (illegal activities). This is more than just semantics.
You can argue legal jargon all you want.
Whatev dude. You're just ignoring everything I say because you've already made up your mind that I'm eeeevil. Go back to your little privileged life where affording a few 60$ games a month is standard and don't mind the pirates. They'll ignore you and all your middle-class outrage since you're obviously not interested in understanding them.
Wow you are quite delusional. Pirating software is thievery, it's illegal, and
I would be ok with no campaign in these type of games. Let the devs focus on making a quality game. Modders can make campaigns.
I'd rather take a buggy and unpolished but playable release that allows me to get my hands on the game earlier. I can't stand how Blizzard releases games.
I think splitting your forum into more boards would accomplish the same thing in a better way, ex: General Discussions Gameplay Help and Advice Technical Support and Issues etc.
How did these ever get past Beta? These are just issues that should have never made it out of Alpha. Threads on these issues are blowing up. Are there others? Did these issues ever come up in Beta? It seems to me the Beta testers really missed the boat on these. No Random map (terrain layout) generation. Units Stack for combat calculations (which would make stacks much > single powerful units). I haven't purc
Agreed, Brad always stated the focus for the game is on singleplayer. In singleplayer balance isn't such a great issue. So give us the random maps for singleplayer and if need be use the current system only for multiplayer.
I agree. Perfect balance is fine and necessary for multiplayer. But for single player sandbox I want complete randomness and exploration.
Speeding up the pacing and using smaller maps will give shorter games, just like slowing down the pacing and using larger maps will give longer games. But if you're looking for something that's meant to be played in 30 minutes per game, this isn't it. You can just save and pick up later though, since it's turn based.
12 hour game sounds fine, lengthy but fine. Something in the 6-8 hour
Yikes.. if games lasted longer than 12 hours actual game time, I wouldn't want to play it. 12 hours game time will take me a month to get in. Not everyone has a solid 12 hours they can devote to a game. I have 3 kids and if I get 2 hours of gaming in a day, that is a marathon session for me (most of the time I only get 30 mins or so). Just saying.. if you want a 200 hour game I don't have a problem with them having settings for that.. but quicker games should be possib

Exploration is my favorite part. Perfect balance is secondary. I enjoy having to adapt to the circumstances I en
Oh, no. *** bleep *** NOT build order! Say it ain't so!Lols I are so great I do the same thing every game and I winz hehe!I object to a few things here. First of all, the loss of imagination and tactics, and replacement with a set-in-stone order. Secondly, to your advocacy of mindless spam. Bah! I have taken out armies of LRM and Flak with only 2/3 the number of skirmishers and assailants and NO MICRO, and I will continue to do so. Thirdly, to your sheer ARROGANCE in coming in here and ST
I would like this as well.
Would you like some cheese with your whine ntblood? Seriously! This IS a multiplayer game afterall and the game IS getting an AI upgrade. Either have patience or go get spanked online newb.
Its really quite simple. Games like WoW that require 40 committed people to play non-stop for a set amount of time should not be played by men or women with families, even if that's just a spouse. I play LOTRO and am in a kinship that was created with the family in mind. We realize that no member of the kinship can make plans that are set in stone and that any one of us can leave at the drop of a dime (baby needs feeding, wife needs some "quality time", whatever). This is partially
Wow what are you guys smoking? Tilted Mill made Pharoah, the single best city/civ builder ever.. bar none. That game is a classic.
Ok who am I kidding.. the show could have gone on forever and I'm sure I still would have loved it
Firefly/Serenity is truly an excellent collection of stories every sci-fi fan should get to know. I am in a way glad it ended as opposed to todays tv dramas that go on and on and on and the quality deteriorates as the producers have to keep looking harder for more ways to extend the story. I do wish, however, at the very least they could have filmed the 3 season story-arc that Whedon had already finished writing.
