Sexy there is no such thing as stealing half of it. You paid for half of one license to use the program. That means that you and your 'partner' get to decide who will be using the program on one machine at any given time. Making another copy and installing it on a another machine is "Full Stole it". Not understanding that point is a big problem.

MSN8 is not skinnable, it has it's own skin thing built in. MSN Messenger should be skinned to some degree, if it looks weird try another skin because Messenger looks OK here.
Gregory / YMark, If you have the .sdtheme you can unzip it and then repackage it under the appropriate file names. It can be a bit of a pain but they are all in there. If you have any questions on how to do that just let me know.
Well yes. The preview just shows the image and if it's too big to fit in the box it will look strange. The dock itself is resizing the images though so it should look fine. Why do artists put up 192 images? I guess because it is the largest size the dock can handle.
Go Away... Where is that puke emoticon when I need it!
I think most if not all of the results have been posted as news items, which are archived. Click on the News Archive link on the left and use Edit/Find on your IE toolbar for 'Poll'.
Skinning, skinning and more skinning... Tips, tricks, what's new feature-wise with Stardock products, alpha previews, maybe even some tutorials. Basically I would like to 'see' what you normally post here on Wincustomize in a text and picture format, as a live action feed. I assume it would be broadcast as a .mpeg over the internet?
The 'Windows' key is a start button, mine even says Start! tap it once and there is the start menu...
Need more info on this one....
They are probably 192, don't worry about the preview box, they should look OK on the dock.... If they look weird on the dock post again.
I don't think 2000 supports scrollbar skinning for IE6, I think it only works for XP.
Are you using Windows XP?
Sara - Seems to be a problem on the server, should be fixed up soon... Thanks for the heads up!
As far as your settings go, try quitting Object Dock after you make changes. Especially before you reboot or shutdown. That should save them.
Sure you can! Open the config and 'add shortcut' the shortcut should read: C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe the argument should read for example: C:\Program Files\SysMetrix Just change the argument to the folder you want to open
I don't know if that feature ever really worked as you would expect it to. I would suggest using WindowFX for any kind of transparency. If you are not using the full OBject Desktop package here is the link: https://www.stardock.com/products/windowfx/
Do a search on Google.com for 'Xupiter', it should come up with quite a bit of info on how to uninstall. I very much doubt though that it is included with any Stardock program.
Impartial, maybe not... But there is a ton of experience with OD here. And all these people aren't here for the free coffee!
Amen, Mike.... I will gladly second that suggestion. All in favor say aye!
Vargo, Object Desktop is the 'full package' it contains numerous programs that do different sorts of things. REad more about them all here: https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/features.html

It seems there is also a Registry Key that addresses this issue with 400ms being the default, some links: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=start+menu+delay
A .msstyle extension is Luna and everyone with XP should have it in: C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes\Luna You can replace your .dll with the TGTsoft verison and add a few more color choices to the green - silver - blue if you want to. Only a week left!
I wouldn't suggest messing with those. After all how long are they visible, a few seconds a week maybe! But if you must and some people do, take a look through this site. There should be plenty in there to keep you busy: http://www.virtualplastic.net/
Litestep is not a toy... It is very serious software that is not easily used. In other words if you have no idea what you are doing don't mess around with it. However if you are interested in it go here to start: http://www.litestep.com/ I hope you like to read, you won't find much help with Litestep if you haven't done your homework first.... Good luck!
