I have noticed the same thing with NU as Space Ace. However I must say that personally I am very happy with NU no longer being skinned. I always had problems with ghost images appearing and other oddities. I just don't think Norton takes well to skins. As to the why I'm sorry but I have no idea.

peepod, I think you need to use the software for more than 31 minutes to make a statement like that. DX Themes are available on other sites such as Skinz, DeviantART, and Skinbase to name a few.
Frogboy, Larger text size would be nice but I can control text size in IE: View / Text Size / Largest, and it looks nice. Wider boxes might be nice though....

Simon, To be worth it I guess it would have to have features you find desirable. Personally I find Objectbar worthwhile. It's packed with nice features especially when used in conjunction with DesktopX.

You might have unistalled too quickly. IP has the option to restore your icons. Without it I fear you may have to restore them one by one. Reinstall if possible and restore your icons!
I have never found a WB skin without a .uis, there must be something else wrong here. Unzip the .wba file and see if you find a .uis file in there somewhere. Let us know what you find...
It seems to me if the skins that reside in the "WinXP Skins" library were removed from the "WindowBlinds" library the problem would be easily solved. Looks like the problem is that the same skin is in two different libraries and also popular. Personally it doesn't bother me either way, just seems like a simple solution!
You do need the Windowblinds program to use the skins found in the library here.
