And it's mighty spooky too...

Paxx, To think some people actually wondered why MS was so serious about WPA! Who are you Robin Hood......?
Well it might be time to step things up a bit. All I seem to be seeing is a estrogen laden response to this... Hope your not offended if I remove your flame!, It's OK to spam me just don't send me a virus!, PLEASE take down the link!, come on guys. You have to hammer these criminals into the ground. There is no difference between stealing from the grocery or over the web. These sites are so easy to find, simple web searches usually will get you to one in minutes. We could start a thread and post
It works
It's not available for free. At the moment it can only be had through a Object Desktop subscription. It might be out of beta soon though and available a shareware download. We'll just have to wait a little and see....
Anyone notice the Smiles legend no longer seems to be functioning... Or is it just me?
I can almost feel the Flamethrowers being fueled up... Mobius, I would check between the cushions on the couch and the refrigerator, I usually find lots of peices there...
Sam, It just makes sense to have a disposable email address. I use MSN, as you can see by clicking on my name. I use it not only on this site but everywhere on the net that requires an email address to do this or that. I go in once or twice a week and clear out the spam, but it's a lot better than having to do it daily on my primary email thru my ISP. You can also ditch it if things get hairy a lot easier than you could with your primary.
Is this the DX theme to which you refer: https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?TEST=JUNK&searchtext=bob+xp&library=3&sort=updatedate&order=Descending
Pat - XP themes can only be made by MS. WB3 allows you to make your own... Read these links: https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/whitepaper_wb3.html https://www.stardock.net/media/mediaguide_wb3.html
Psycho - It's there about 5 1/2 hours or so. You can always download the .ip themes and manually unzip and apply them. I'll leave the "how" to your imagination. But I would really suggest going to link below and purchasing the OD subscription: https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/
Eric, LiteStep is no toy! It's like giving a Ferrari to a 16 year old, he can probably drive it but you better make sure he knows what he's doing. Before doing anything please read all you can, starting here: http://newer.litestep.com/faq.php
China, Check out the free viewer from MS: http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/9798/ppview97.aspx
No matter how much your summer job sucks you know it's going to end with the summer. There are quite a few days in which I wish I had that to look forward to.... Working every season sucks!!!
It seems to sum up the idea behind what is going on here very nicely. However I've often wondered why there isn't a FAQ page on this site. I see what seem to be the same simple questions being posted on the board over and over. It might help to have a dozen or so frequently asked technical questions on a page so people new to the site could get a quick answer. Just a thought...
Can't wait to see the work... I just can't fathom how she has time to do it all.
Keith, Sounds like you might be using the unregistered, or shareware version. Some functionality is disabled. If you have already registered, it might be a problem. Just reply and let us know.
Wooooohoooo.... Thanks. Is that a standing ovation!
Richard, Zoomers are easy to configure. Just right click on one, change the settings and point it to the program you want it to open. Playing with them is most of the fun........
MooShoo.. I think you are thinking of the 512MB barrier. Previous versions weren't designed with the idea that people would install more memory than that. I believe with some serious tweaking you can get windows to recognize the memory but I wouldn't suggest it.
Paul, This is one of Boxxi's, right off this site. I just don't like trashing a style because it's not "cool". It might be overdone right now but XP is the big thing of the moment. The top downloads section is full of it.
You might want o adjust how your memory is handled. Sometimes windows doesn't manage the cache to well. There are a number of memory tweaks programs out there that are pretty good if you don't feel confident making the changes manually. I use Cacheman and think it works prety well with only a little manual intervention. http://www.outertech.com You can also check out C|Net: http://download.cnet.com/downloads/0-10014.html?tag=dir Just make sure you read through
Well, personally I think this wallpaper is very good! I still have it and use it every so often... https://www.wincustomize.com/library/accounts/BoXXi/wallpapers/xpboxxi.jpg
I guess we know where the bandwidth is going... hehe
My first thought would be to completely "uninstall" Windowblinds, reboot your machine, and install it back again. If that doesn't work I would suggest you post again on this thread with specifics of your computer and: Version of IE, i.e. 4.0, 5.5 Operating system, i.e 98, ME Version of WB, i.e. 2.20b, 3 beta7f
