Yeah, sure we can see the point. Running this kind of site, while seemingly an advertizing expense to the average consumer.. is wildly expensive. I understand that WC and ODNT are two different things in this case, so I hardly think it''s an evil thing to subscribe to both.. however not everyone is gonna see it that way. Interesting. I certainly understand Stardock''s need for a subscription system, the costs they need to cover, etc.. but then again I certainly understand the consumer''s anger over seemingly paying twice for the products they use. Of course Stardock doesn''t see it that way, but an argument could certainly be made that it is unreasonable to expect the consumer who has paid for ODNT to pay for this service as well. Ok, so I wasn't finished saying what I had to say. Sometimes we as "The Community" will totally go on the offensive and make ourselves look really bad to others. I subscribe to the Afterdawn Avantgo channel, where the winamp skin site had to be removed simply because instead of carefully explaining what ripping is, we basically flamed them to kingdom come.. essentially stooping to their level. Maybe whoever is using your stuff isn't aware of ripping and might see things differently from

I guess it depends on who you ask. We see Juni's stuff ripped all the time by all sorts of people, but as he comes from the school of "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery" he really cares not a bit. I guess it'd be a different story if someone uploaded his skin on a different site with their name on it though. Yes, but in Finland, we prefer our Nokias . None of the devices is perfect though... but here's what I'd want.. I really love the objectbar idea, and will definately go back to it when it gets a little older, but for right now, it's so buggy on my computer (win2k), that I can't even tell what is conflicting with what. Many times I was going to give some feedback, but only ended up totally stumped. Also, come on people! Make some skins for it (other than xp)! Hehheh, fine one I am to talk there.

I lost my Ipaq receipt.. if I send it to the US, Finland will make me pay customs on it to get it back (That almost happened when mom sent me some stuff that was mine. Thank God I had the receipts. They still gave me the runaround though). Grrr. But it's not too long til the new devices come out, so I'll survive. It's gonna be a PocketPC Christmas. Oh, and there's always my Palm IIIc... uh... right.

My parents were the type who actually believed that to have a summer job would take away from my studies, and that I should enjoy my youth while I still could.. But I did have one summer job, but unfortunately for this thread it hardly sucked. I basically trained my own horse, so word got out that I was good, and of course much cheaper than a professional trainer.. so I usually had about three or four horses I was training at any given time in the summer. Yeah, we ordered the new OS, but it's not getting released until like the end of this month or something. Things move slower in Europe... grrr. In the meantime, flakey stylus button, bad digitizer, bad battery, and dust are making me lust after the HP devices.
