How dow you defined "fine" when it comes to free websites? Downtime? crashes? bandwidth exceeded?, disappearing for days/weeks/months on end as they try to determine whether its worth it to continue or not? Hmm. Yes let's take a look at Neonwin and the fact that its up and then its down. And when its up, many times the forums are down due to the load, or they throttle the capacity down... I don't buy the sweeping argument at that argument that skinning should be and has to be a non-profit hobby and all skinning sites must always be free. Why? There nothing special about editing xml or ini files, there are just text. Though there are some commercial editors geared toward manipulating xml files. You could simply get by with notepad. There are some freeware and shareware text editors out there. I used to have a list of them but I don't have one handy.
