I think, but not sure, that it does that for any skin peroid. It is because the actual setting of the skin your using is set to be a certain way. So change the actual skin seting instead of the program setting while the skin is running and maybe that will help... I am just starting to try to skin design quicknotes so I do not know that much about it so my sugestion is just my 2 cents

boy, this skin browser thin is allot likt instant messaging.. it seems that elvee and WiseOldMan was talking to each other within 1 minute of each other. Not on a good day can I achive that on dial up... it takes forever to upload a message board thread. I think they can. The stucture has to be right and the business plan has to be solid. Much like any business. The bubble burst and now web sites have to deal with the lack of structure pre-bubble and trying to prove how they can biuld a better site and make money. I think your problem is that you have a celron. Celron's are wack in my opinion. 400 for a Celron is like 160 on a pentium 2... that's right Pentium 2!! My sister has a celron and it is soooo crappy... and it is also a Heward/Packard... another no-no So my answer is the processor itself is bad. I think this is the norm actually. I have to agree with bakerstreet that this is a message to the reverse enginneering people wo want to find out how to do it (or rip thier work) so there is a specail message.
