hmmmm, I am about to put DesktopX on Windows 98 to see myself. I would think th z order would stay the same. Always on top is another story. I guess my old system has become my skinning test box for designs and making sure it works on the all or most Windows platforms.

Then it's a coin flip for really hard to decide Shot of the Day. Actually, I think the Daily Shot is sually better than the Featured Skin. I think they should broaden the shots to icons, wallpapers, and winamps sometimes. I still really think its darts. That is the only fair thing

ummmmm.... we all seem to get Server Busy pages. I know I paid so I think you're theory about what they might be doing need more evidence. I aslo comment on peoples work, submit news, be on the message board from time to time helping others, so even if I didn't pay I would still have unlimited downloads. I still get the Server Busy or other don't get on the site stuff. So if it is busy then just wait it out. This is not a normal site. High downloads of things that are anywhere

hey do you guys know any Stardock people, I'm trying to contact them about a feature on the DesktopX that is missing. It does not have the "Operation: MIX" or "Subtract" or "Additive" and those are really nice features. Some designs of DX use that and if the are uploaded now they won't look right. Holy Vanity Miror!!! A Hall of Fame for Skinners would be a tough call. I think it would take a few more years to even try something like that. To be a hall of fame'er, you have to have staying power. Not just be a skinner or artist for a year or 2 but 5 or 6. Then, it would take a least another 6 months to decide if they go in. Does DesktopX get included in this??
I got a good one for you... it's about 10mb large. I will try to make it smaller but can't see it mostly because I want it to work for any resolution. It will be based on a music video (I think "Girls of Summer by... what's that guy's name??? with the big lips....) and will have allot of animation and possibly some dx scripting... for streaming video of the net.. maybe. Any way, I think I'll call it "Motion's Video" or "In Motion". Well, just thought I give you guys the heads up and so
