Hi all. Toblerone has decided to take the day off. So today I, his penis, shall be writing an article instead. It has come to my attention that my female counterpart, or rather counterbodypart, has had remarkable success with a stage act called The Vagina Monologues . Now I’m not as smart as a vagina, because I do all of my thinking with myself, but t

Cool, you introduce me to them, I live in the ACT. I agree with the borders thing too. I'm beginning to fully realise just how big the scope of this topic is, I'm scared!
Evorg is getting at something else I want to mention as well. As I said this isn't just about money; if you take away money you need to change a lot of other things too.
I shall be mindful.
You make a good point ParaTed2k. You've touched on some of the stuff I want to mention in my series. I want to talk a bit about the "logic" of switching from the barter system to the money system.
Correct Alison, good work, nice reasoning....I'm more of a browny colour, the milk chocolate colour of interacial harmony if you will (my mum is white and dad is black). Yeah, actually I chose the screen name because it's triangular and not rectangular like most chocolate and I'm a little bit odd too. It is also what I'd like to call my son if I ever have one, but I know that I'll probably never me
Okay this is a series of articles I have been considering doing for a while now. Part of what I want to do with Keeping it Surreal , aside from write bizarre essays and point out how strange the universe is, is to point out how different life could be if we broke away from our unquestioned beliefs the staple diet of ‘normality’. For instance why do we alway use
We have a treadmill like that at home. It gets used to hang clothes on. The treadmill is a bizarre idea to begin with. Hmm let's create a substitute for a footpath that you have to pay for. Unless you live in a really bad neighbourhood I don't really see the point.
Okay I'll play: For a period in 2002 my voice was transmitted around the world once every 15 minutes every day for 6 months on SW radio. I have a father that plays the steelpan and used to be a member of a steelband that was a supporting act for Liberace and a geologist mother who runs a seismograph in the kitchen. I'm white.
You may alleviate bad luck with red underwear but you can DISGUISE bad luck by wearing brown underwear. A word from the wise, Toblerone
I already explain the meaning of life in: Understanding the Universe Part 2: String Theory and The Mystery of the Nouns on my blog Keeping It Surreal Link
I'm not a fan of communism but I also don't think it has ever been tried in its true form. As far as I know communism in its Marxist form was never meant to be a totalitarian regime. Saying that communism leads to totalitarianism is like saying smiking pot leads to using heroin in that although can happen in isn't inevidible.
You always do such a great job writing your articles. Thanks Fazz. Thankfully, I am neither man, woman, lesbian, bisexual, or Christian, so there is no way I could be o
I'm all lesbian here...except for being a woman(Yep, I'm a guy for you people that don't know yet), but other than that you can't get much more lesbian than I am. That's funny I've been saying that I'm a male lesbian for about 7 years now. This should be a new fad.
Hello JFBG, I'd like to be the first to welcome you to Joeuser. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. My blog is called Keeping It Surreal and write some weird stuff and hopefully humourous stuff, come and check it out. Link
That rocks.
I with you there, being abnormal isn't a bad thing....being subnormal is a different matter.
Interesting article Fazz (thought for the purposes of scoring I shall rate it as insightful). My friend, known as Champas Socialist on JU, brings up the point that the labels left wing and right wing are often meaningless or at least silly in the way they are used. In this case you to labeled yourself as a conservative even though your views weren't conservative. In general I think people should really think before they start applying the labels left
G'day Trina. Thanks for plugging my blog on your site. As for your problem obviously I don't have that much in the way of advice not being a parent. I personally hated orange vegtables as a baby. According to my Mum the first solid food I had was mashed pumpkin. I spat it out then and hated it ever since (except for some odd reason I like pumpkin soup but hate plain pumpkin, weird). In fact I've always been fussy about veges of most
I was meant to post this the day after "What is My Leftist Utopia" but I forgot *gasp* Champas is going to beat me up again when he gets back! For those that don't know Champas is on holiday in New Caledonia and I, Toblerone, am posting his articles for him. So don't expect a reply on this forum until late next week. In yet another shameless plug I'll ask you to visit my blog "Keeping It Surreal" <a href="http://toblerone.joeuser.com/
I think the real problem is that original blogs that don't reharsh everything don't get as much publicity since politics is such a popular topic. In the spirit of being a total whore I will direct you to my blog Keeping It Surreal which at least tries to live up to its title. Sorry about the shameless plug.
KellyW. -- Thanks Kelly. Starstuff. - Hell, you can join in if you want....you are a girl aren't you....
Thanks Texas. I must admit I was partially inspired by your article. At least I was inspire to post it, I had already written the bulk of it two years ago. You rock incidently, I shall put up a link to your blog soon. Thanks Zoo, I should check out your blog as you obviously also rock.
I like lesbians. A lot of guys like lesbians but with the misguided notion that they will have a threesome with them, that is of course actually the domain of bisexuals but even then only the really cool ones (that's a whole other article). The lesbian scenario doesn't really work because you're like "Cool, you're lesbians, can we have threesome?" and they're like "No
Actually I did pick up some of this stuff in school and from documentaries, but then I have been doing biology for 7 years and I am mad keen nature doco watcher. The silly embellishments are, of course, what sets it apart.
