You may need to restart Explorer or reboot for the toolbar icons in Explorer to change. If you want the large black circles with the blue glyphs, you also need to switch explorer to use large toolbar icons. Currently you have it set to use the small ones. Right-click next to the icons anywhere on the toolbar and select Customize.

You want UIS2 for a WB5 skin.
Really, there are no maximum sizes for any of them. You can see what average sizes are by looking at other people's skins, but you have the freedom to make them however large or small you want. You should be reasonable about it, of course. A titlebar that fills half the screen probably wouldn't appeal to many people, but in theory you should be able to make it 600 pixels tall if you wanted to. I'm not sure that anyone has tried it, so you could be the first to discover a size limitation
Open IconPackager, then click on the Icon Explorer button and browse for the icon library (.icl file) you want to extract icons from. Icon Explorer will show a preview of all of the icons in the .icl file. Now, you can right-click on any icon and export it to an individual .ico file which you can use with ObjectDock.
For future reference, it would be better to leave the original question and solution here for other people to learn from.
That was a typo, Z71.
I don't think you can see the playlist with WMP. Unfortunately, that seems to be a limitation of how DX Player work with it. The edit button gives you the most options with WMP. Winamp will allow you to see the playlist, but it opens the player, which is kind of annoying.
I recently submmited a new media player gadget to desktopgadgets.com. It was made to match my Arrow WindowBlinds skin or any Aero style desktop. I thought I'd bring it to the attention of those here who don't check there regularly. ;) The screenshot pretty much says it all. You can find out more and download it at the link below. Download: <A hr
I don't know about the menu fonts, but keep in mind that in SkinStudio that's a real menubar, while in Explorer, that's a toolbar that acts like a menubar. I can tell you that per-pixel windows don't support menubar skinning or mdi buttons. Those elements will be ignored unless the user disables per-pixel windows (or thier video card doesn't support them) on thier end.
Being the 7 year old plus operating system that it is, Windows 98 has certain limitations. With XP came new possibilites, and next year, Vista will bring more.
I've never heard of those formats. What program are they for?
Most of the ObjectDesktop icons are here in PNG format: https://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SID=83&SkinID=2326&LibID=29
Yep, they work fine together. You might even try the old Aquarium WindowBlinds skin with it for maximum aquatic-ness.
what time is it when it says 0:05 P.M.???? Hah, good question. It was 12:05 PM. At first I thought the server clock might have it backwards and think it's midnight, but that doesn't explain the PM part.
The download button should be fixed now. It worked for me all along though, so I can't test it myself.
As far as I know, it should be there. I'll see if I can get it fixed. Thanks for the heads up.
I don't know exactly who removed your screenshot, so I can't speak on that. But, I can tell you my opinion of it. It's one thing to simply post a screenshot of something you can't distribute. It's another thing to encourage people to give you their addresses so you can email it to them. At that point, you may as well have uploaded the WB skin to WinCustomize. That is essentially using the site to illegally distribute the skin. Power has nothing to do with it. WinCustomize protects you
twobadmice, I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but the wallpaper is included with the skin.
msdanasue, I expirimented with adding some Halloween sounds to the titlebar buttons, but I found that anything more than short clicks or beeps becomes annoying after a while and makes the skin less usable.
you can always sell it on eBay I think you meant to say buy....? I think he was referring to the prize, a PSP game, which would be useless to you if you don't have a PSP.
bmwchubb is referring to the left pane and other bits of the User Accounts window (see Control Panel -> User Accounts). I assume Windows is doing something that prevents WindowBlinds from skinning the contents of that window. I don't know of any way to skin it.
Haha, I did a double take too.
Try just pushing the Print Screen button on your keyboard, then paste it into your favorite graphics application.
This issue was reported a while ago and it seemed to be fixed. Perhaps there are certain circumstances under which it still doesn't refresh properly. It's worked for me since the last couple builds though.
mbryan822, near the bottom of the left column on the home page (and many others, if not all) there's a box labeled "Resources". Click the Subscriber Resources link there.
