Elsius Saint, those toolbar icons are part of the skin. Also, it was made with WB4.6 in mind. WB5 features were added afterwards, but only those that wouldn't effect its performance under 4.6.

I only hope that we will be able to define nonclickable areas in WB5 so you don't have to move the cursor to the edge of the shadow to resize a window. Most skins are coded in UIS2 format. There is also a type called UIS1, which is less common. Any list that you might find from back then is going to be waaaay outdated and essentially useless today. For instance, there was no skinned taskbar or start menu in those days. Many of the elements in today's WindowBlinds skins didn't exist back then. There is no such thing as an index conflict. You give IIS a list of acceptable index files, and it looks for them in that order. Having more than one of them present makes no difference, it just selects the first on one the list.
