Also reporting that explorer backgrounds don't go transparent under Windows 7 64 bit, to back up what others are reporting. It does work under Vista though. But at least we have the features tab back! Note also that there seems to be no way to see the NAMES of the texture images in the Explorer backgrounds NEW interface. No text or even a hover over name.

Answering your "question?"... Since both are mythological characters, created wholly in the minds of men, then it is safe to say that all gods are children of men. But thank you for taking a moment to announce your wholehearted surrender to fear of the unknown, ignorance, and superstition. [e digicons]:beer:[/e]

Quoting a friend of mine whose opinion I respect in these matters... "Very well done FX, but riddled with beginner's 101 plot holes and illogical narrative constructions. Ultimately, a stupid movie that pretended it was a smart movie."

Please read my post COMPLETELY. [e digicons]:D[/e] I do make it crystal clear that one MUST do a full in place re-upgrade after booting into the new mobo/chipset, etc. This guarantees that Vista/7 will check every driver at every level to make sure it is correct. It only takes 20 minutes and your computer will thank you for it. [e digicons]:beer:[/e]

Just FYI, you can try to boot the new motherboard with the old OS drive. If it is Vista or Windows 7, the odds are it will boot up, install new drivers, and work. It is far less likely with Windows XP but can occassionally happen. However, even if does work, I recommend you then run the OS install disk to do an in place "upgrade" which will keep all your data and settings, but give the old OS a once-over full refresh for driver detection, etc. This should guarantee y

Kona, As a person who beta tests for Apple and Microsoft, I run the latest OS X and Windows environments on identical hardware. I can state unequivocally that Vista 64 is faster at EVERYTHING than OS X. While the betas of the latest OS X environment are snappier (my NDA prohibits me from discussion the build # I am using), end users won't really see much difference until Apple starts releasing display hardware that is less than two years out of date.

"Let the courts take care of him." Normally, I would agree with you 100%, but we've seen a number of cases over the years where fame has blindsided justice...Mr. Jackson being one of them. "When one comes to forgive violence done to ones self when in a position of relative helplessness, one can proceed with life and find joy." For some traumas, this is indeed possible. However, science has shown that some PTSD and similar severe situations of systemic abuse actua

People who have been injured by rapists, as adults or children, have justifiably strong feelings about this issue. And so do people, like myself, who have had to help and counsel those victims through decades of PTSD trauma. So while it is true that only we can control (and therefore "end") our own anger, to claim that it "begins with ourselves" neglects the facts about the now-well-understood cycles of physical and sexual abuse.

Impulse used to be capped to download at around 250k/s, but now it seems to be able to range from 500k/s to 1,000k/s or roughly 1/4-1/2 of my maximum download speed (yes, I have a very fast connection). That's a far cry better than it was, but still not as unthrotled as Steam or the Internet in general. At least not for me.

"and just where were the parents of all these boys that went to stay with him..." He chose to "invite" poor black boys from broken homes, which meant there wasn't a dad around. And adults were NEVER allowed to "sleepover" or even communicate with their kids left in Mr. Jackson's care, often for days on end. But that's all public knowledge. The rest will hopefully become so over time. The saddest thing is that his money and fame (and laywers) actually kept h

Bagginz, My posts here summarize what I've been seeing in Vista 64 over many threads. https://forums.wincustomize.com/352139/#2207871 I hope this helps you guys narrow things down for this Windows 7 version, since I think the 64 bit version of 7 is going to be HUGE now... Thanks. :}

So far, it's working fine on Vista 32, Vista 64, Windows 7 32, and Windows 7 64. Note that it's pretty clear under all four OSs that Icon Packages apply MUCH faster than they did before. 8) Keeping an eye out for that old live folders migration issue on Vista 64 to see if anything in this new version addressed that...
