Go to wincustomize.com and search under ObjectDock for "start docklet" by kimb. This may or may not be the one you are looking for. Or you can go to the personal page for AndreasV at https://www.wincustomize.com/MySkins.aspx?ACID=707906 ; he also has a nice startmenu docklet. By the way, he also has a shutdown docklet as well.

Does anyone out there have a link to a decent tutorial about building themes in Sysmetrix? I have managed to figure out a few things by looking at existing themes, but I am getting lost in others. Specifically, working with graphics (backgrounds, external program icons etc) is defeating me. Using Sysmetrix Build 3.4.0 Thanks for any help.

I am using WB along with Object Dock and Samurize for my desktop, and lately WB will simply quit in the middle of a session. Whichever theme I have selected will suddenly disappear, and my start menu, bars, etc will revert to Windows XP standard. First, does this problem ring a bell with anyone? Second, I have concluded that the best thing to do would be to uninstall and reinstall WB, but I want to be sure I do it correctly (i.e. without losing

A silly question - when I go into Tab Settings - Style in order to update/change a tabbed dock, approximately half of the available styles I have downloaded show no image when I look at the list of available styles - Is this because I have downloaded them incorrectly? If that were so, why does the style show up in the listing at all? Is there a numeric limit to how many styles the Tab Settings will show, and if so should I just delete ouy a ser

According to my little icon, I am using version 1.1.510u PLus Build 510u Assuming you are correct and the latest is 1.11.518u my first question is how do I downloaad the updated version, since there does not appear to be an "Update" option anywhere in the menus - My second question is - I bought this from Stardock yesterday - why are they downloading an outdated version to new purchasers? Finally, the Entry Label Font does not change the fo

I am coming to the end of my first day using the full verion of ObjectDock, and I am down to my last question. I find that if I use the "Show on Mouseover" option for the entry labels under the "Size and Appearance" option,it removes the name from the tab. To get the name of the tab back, I need to select "Show Below Each Entry". However, as I have mentioned before, I find the text/font of the entry names to be difficult to read, and

Thanks for the advice - I think the key is the actual location of the tab - if you have a side attached tab with the name of the tab on the bottom - then the trouble arises As to the fonts - those options only affect the lables that pop up with the "mouse over" option, they don't do anything for the labels that come up in the tab if you use the "show names" option in the tabs. Which brings me to a new problem. See my next post. <B

In re flyout menus in Object Dock: First is there any way for each individual folder to automatically show its name, rather than simply when I mouse over it after starting the flyout menu? Second, I have attached the dock containing the flyout menu item to the side of my screen. However, when I engage the item with the flyout menu, rather than appearing to the left (for a right attached icon) the flyout appears below the dock, resulting in abou

Hello - I am tryng out the free version of ObjectDock as a precursor to moving up tp the full version. My question is this: Unlike IconPackager or WindowBlinds which seem to offer a very easy process to incorporate downloaded themes and icons (i.e. INstall Skin From Disk/ From Web) which automatically brings in the theme, creates a folder for the files, etc., ObjectDock seems to force you to unzip downloaded files manually, then try to figure out

A Desktop Icon related question - I am using XP Pro 2002 SP2 - How do I go about making the text portion of the desktop icons transparent to the wallpaper or desktop color? I find that frequently I will have these lovely icons on my desktop but that they will be marred by a colored rectangle containing the icon text just below the icon itself (especially if I have changed the desktop color or set a new wallpaper)- I am certain that there must
