I can't get from one page to the other. For example in this thread, I can see posts 1-50, but then I can't change to 51-53. I tried it forward and backward, on the top of the page, as well as on the bottom. No go. Also, I can only post in advanced mode (otherwise I get an "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"-error, and my line breaks don't show as well. Using Firefox 1.5.0.3.

Am I supposed to insert any bbCode manually when using the "advanced mode"? I noticed that my line breaks don't show up in the above post.
I like the new look as well. One question though; I noticed today that the forums are still the same when used through SDC. Is this going to be changed anytime soon? Note: I got an Error Page when using the "post comment" option, I am going to try this now using the "advanced" method.
Hell, I'm getting to the point that I don't trust half the statistics you can find. Who verifies these aren't tampered with? What about the hundreds of polls we see every day on the news? I don't trust either side to show their full hand of cards. He, he I agree with you totally. When I was living in Australia I realized that polls were j
I wouldn't say that "I am pretty jazzed about the upcoming release of Windows Vista" just because I clicked on the "I will probably upgrade when I buy a new computer"-button. That to me really just means that by the time I buy a new computer, Vista will already be pre-installed on all new machines.
After seeing that this is already the FOURTH thread you made about the same topic, I couldn't help but thinking about the reason for it. I think it was sometimes a year (or even less) ago, when you Brad, complained openly on this forum about the lack of cooperation by Microsoft. Your voiced your oppinion about how frustrated you were that your company didn't have access to some of the code required to make WB seamlessly work with Vista. You complained about how tedious, costly and tim
The large Icons are not a part of the WB-skin but can be accomplished with IconX https://www.stardock.com/products/iconx/ The sidebar in the second screenshot is just the normal Windowstaskbar dragged to the side (you can't have both, the bottom one and the sidebar). To do that just left-click on your taskbar at the bottom and then drag (with your mouse-button pressed down) it to the side (doesn't matter left or right). If your taskbar doesn't move, right click on it and u
Thanks a lot for that link, Jafo. I've had the same problem as Adamness with my External HD.
Do you use the shareware version? If so, you might have run out of your evaluation time. Have you tried rebooting? Can you give us some more information? E.g. System specs and the info thats available in the WB-configuration panel.
To sum this up: * Skins on this site are not here to please anybody, but are a freely shared ressource, made by dedicted people who are willing to invest a lot (a whole lot!!!) of their free-time to make something for the community for free!! * What is "good or bad" depends on ones individual taste and is therefore subjectiv * Absolutely no one gets rich of Wincustomize. The little income from the subscribers donsn't cover the bandwith cost. *
I actually have this same problem from time to time. I usually notice a drop in performance, and when I fire up TaskManager to look who's the culprit, I often (but not always) found that it was CursorXP. Now the tricky thing is that (at least on my system) I can't unload CursorXP, whitout losing my cursor pointer completely, which makes Navigation a bit tiresome. The only thing I can do in that situation is to just reboot. Luckily it's just an intermittent, and fairly rare problem on
I would love to see this feature, werewolf. No Messenger, no WMP, no Firewall..... They could imply that with an advanced/custom setup and a standard setup screen, similar to some programs.
You still can leave them a comment. Leaving comments is much more meaningful to most artists anyway. Basically, if you like it, leave a comment saying so.
I had recently the same experience, when I set up my aunties computer. I kept right-clicking on the desktoplike a maniac to bring up the menu. Even to the point where my aunt asked me why I kept doing that and whether she needed to do this as well. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/icons/wc.gif" border=0 alt="Po
I know this sounds stupid, but I double clicked the progress bar and it fired right up again and said that WinFX was complete I did exactly the same when my WB-update got stuck at 100%, and guess what, it worked! <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/BigSmile.gif" border=0 ALIGN
Congrats Barb! You will be a fine addition to the Skinning.net team.
You would be far better off to use Windowblinds 4.5 instead of StyleXP, if you can't afford that new Graphics-Card. I am thinking Toolbaricons, Shell-Styles, Animations.....all things that StyleXP can't do but WindowBlinds 4.5 does! <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/icons/wc.gif" border=0 alt="Posted via WinCusto

I am really looking forward to this. It will be good to have some traffic on the site.
You can use the Restore features in Stardock Central and it'll automatically go and attempt to activate it (or the email address of your Stardock.net account and your OD serial). This is exactly the point that I have problems with. I just (this week) had to replace the HD on my laptop. Before c
They grow up so fast isn't it hard to let go of those icons..... they are still soo young and unexperienced! <img s
I initially intended to by the 80GB 7200rpm Corky, but there is a 100sFR difference between the 5400 and the 7200 Hitachi Travelmate I don't think that I will update my BIOS, I never had any problems with my USB devices (Mouse, external HD, flash-drive...), so it probably wouldn't be worth the risk. Thanks again for your help. <img src="http://
Thank you Corky. I copied and pasted your "HD-upgrading Manual" into word. I am going to print that one out (and I put the spaces back in ), and use it as a cooking receipe when I do the big change. <img src="http://imag
Oh wow, thank you all very much for the tips! I downloaded Autopatcher, which seems to be a nifty little programm indeed. I also downloaded MozBackup, and I am gonna back up everything later today (the most important files are already back up anyway). My Laptop wasn't on the HD-compatiblity list from the link provided by Po (#12). It is a Sony VA
