Mabe the old theme might do this, it seems strange though. Do you use any docklets in your theme? Maybe one of the docklets doesn't like the OD+. Try to create a theme from scratch and see whether it still happens..

No, I wouldn't reinstall the freeware versions at any case. You did the right thing by unistalling everything and doing a clean install with the full versions. Yes, I would definitifely start with a new logon (i.e. click on the 'new' button in logonstudio). You will still have the default 'luna' logonscreen to use as a template. Recently there were quite a few error reportings concerning suites that consists only of URL's (these suites are easy recognisable by their small size, e.g. 1-10 KB). I have recently upgraded the Unorthodox skin pack through stardock central and I had noticed that SDC installed them in the wrong folder . Look in C:\Program Files\Object Desktop\Windowblinds, and you should see the above mentioned skins there. Just move them into your c:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDesktop\Windowblinds folder. Ok, I played around with 'Sonik' a bit. I noticed that when I would set the Side-Bar to 'normal z-order' I was able to then hit the F9 button on the keyboard (I think this is the default button in DesktopX to toggle all widgets) before I fired-up my PowerDVD player.
