I don't use the CD version, but does that come with a program called 'Stardock Central'? If yes, this is what you will have to install first. After installing and rebooting, open the program and install the other programs from within Stardock Central. ... as I said, I am not even sure that Stardock Central is included in the CD version, but normally all Stardock programs are installed and upgraded through it. <a href="../resour

Try the following; drag your "My Computer" Icon from your Desktop to your ObjectDock. You can then right click on this shortcut and click on "Dock Entry Properties" from there you can change the icon. I tried this and it worked for me. Unfortunately I have no idea whether that also works with the free version. If you don't have a my Computer Icon on your desktop you can right click on your Desktop > Properties > Desktop > Customise D

How can we change the icons of the process in the tray tab ?? Left-click on your Icon and hold down the mouse button until you get a menu popping up. You can then change your Icon from there (click on "change image for this tray icon". <img src="http://i

Yep, I think if you replace single icons you will have to hang on to them. I would also recommend to save your settings (go to File and "Save Package") after you are done customising your icons. I haven't tried it yet, but I belive that this then actually "bundles" your Icons and puts it into you IconPackager\Themes files. Which would mean that you then could delete the original downloads. However, I would visualy check your IconPackager\Them

To show an avatar (the little icon) you will have to click on "My account" and create your onw Wincustomise Website. Once done go to "update Images" and up-load your avatar. For your Taksbar problem, right-click on your windows taksbar > properties > and tick "keep the taskbar on top of other windows". Note that some programs (e.g. Games and other full screen programs) are known to untick this option. In that case just repeat the abov

Really?? there is one in my Dock?? What version are you using, and are you using the free version or are you using ObjectDock Plus? Underneath your Link entry field (left of the 'Browse' Button), do you have a little box and "show folder in a menu"?

Hi ostun, This is strange. Are you using the free version of Icon Packager? Try the following: Open Icon Packager and click on "Settings" on the left. Then click on "rebuild Icon Cache" which is the secon button from the top on your right. Which Icons are reverting back? <img src="http://imag

The wallpaper needs to be in .bmp format to be applied automatically with windowblinds. Sometimes authors include a .jpg version of their wall with Windowblinds to decrease File-size. Search for a *.jpg file (e.g. wall.jpg or similar) in the skins folder and apply it through your display properties. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/icons/wc.gif" border=0 alt="Posted via WinCustomize Bro

DogmaXv2_ODPlus.zip are new backgrounds for your ObjectDock. If you unzipp the file you should get three folders (three different Backgrounds). Just move these folders into your ObjectDock\Backgrounds folder. To apply the new backgrounds yous open your Object Dock configuration Panel and click on "Tabs and Styles (for tabbed Docks) or "Appearance" (for zooming Docks) and choose the new style from the dropdown-list. <a href="../resources

if you say you added a tray docklett do you mean you added a new tab by right-clicking on the dock > tabs > add new tab > add taskbar tab? Or do you mean you added another dock which you use as a taskbar? Or are you attempting to use an actual docklett? (if yes, which one?) If the latter is the case, try and use one of the other two possibilities to add the taskbar feauture to your dock. Note that some of the available docklets were written fo

When you say dropdown list are you talking about the Browse button? No, it means click on the little arrow (the one at the end of the white entry-field for "Link") just above the 'Browse' button. If you do that you will get a list from which you can choose 'My Computer'. <a href="../reso

This is a known problem at the moment and resulted from some of the skins moved to a new server when the new WinCustomise site went up. Try to look out for themes/suites that are more than just a couple of Kb in size (e.g between 500 kb and 1 to 2 MB). These bigger suites are the ones that still work. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/icons/wc.gif" border=0 alt="Posted via WinCustomize Browser/Sta

You will need to buy ObjectDock Plus https://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/ to do that. Once installed you can add as many docks you want by clicking on the 'manage my docks' button in the ObjectDock configuration panel.

The correct extension is logonXP. If you unzip the file and you do not have a *.logonXP file in your folder but a lot of other files then just rename the zip to logonXP. Alternatively you could also move this unzipped folder into your LogonStudio-folder. To see the extensions of your files open WindowsExporer > Tools > Folder Options > View > and untick "hide extensions for known file types" <i

This most likely means that your BIOS is just not compatible with Bootskin. This is a problem for a lot of the "out of the Box"-systems and Notebooks which have a special "tweaked" BIOS. The safest thing would be to just uninstall it and not use it again.

I am no Stardock rep, but I think it doesn't matter if your account is idle. Actually I think even though your (Stardock)account has expired you will still have a Wincustomise account which will allow you to download up to 500 MB of stuff free. This is from the 'subscriber info' page at WC: Level 3: Past Stardock Customer. These are users who have purchased Stardock/WinCustomize products in the past but have not purchased anything in over a y

Have you tried and changed the workspace are in your desktopX-theme. I have to admit that I don't use it, but I would try and play around with this. Right-click on your DesktopX-icon in the tray > Configure DesktopX > Theme > Workarea. Maybe you can kind of 'reserve' some working space for your Taskbar? <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/icons/wc.gif" border=0 alt="Posted via Win

You need to install LogonStudio first (free) https://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/ after you have it installed and rebooted the computer you have to either 1) double click the downloaded file (if the file is in logonXP format) or 2)change the extension from zip to logonXP (right click on the file and 'rename'), or 3)sometimes you will have to actually unzip a file and you will find the logonXP-file in there (doubl
