I am using PocketPc as well (it is at the moment one of my favourite skins), but I don't have those problems. Have you tried restarting your PC after applying the new skin?
You need to specify exactly which skin. This site has skins for over 10 different programs and it is a little difficult to help you if you are not specific about what you want
If it downloaded as a zip file you can just right-click on it and rename the zip to dxtheme . After that you can just double-click on the file and it should install. I think this is due to the fact that a lot of the files got moved to a new server recently. If a theme/suite file is only a couple of KB big then that means that it consists mostly of URLs and that the actual files are not included. All the MacPC-files I found (there are three of them) on the other hand are several hundred KB (or up to 1MB) big and therefore include all (or most) of the skins needed in the download file. Try and uninstall any toolbars from your Internet Explorer through "add and remove programs" in the windows control panel. I once had the same problem. After auto-update SDC, I got the same message. When a did a search for "loader.exe" it wasn't anywhere, in fact I had lost quite a few files out of my SDC program. I decided then to unistall, download the last SDC-file from Stardock and reinstalled. This solved my problem. Maybe your version of ODlmg.dll is corrupted? When you unistall OD, does it remove this file? (The version you have in your Program Files\Common Files\Stardock folder). I did another search for this file on my computer and I found that I had a newer?? version of the same file in my Stardock\SDCentral\Backup file.
