OR try Zorin 9 (Linux). It has it's own theme changer and has a theme set up like windows 7 with a start menu, transparent taskbar etc. It's small and would run like lightning on your PC. Even if you go with any version of windows, it's worth installing as a dual boot just for fun. You can download it and use ImgBurn to put it on a disk and test it from the disk before installing. It's been highly recommended for folks that ar

I avoided '2 Step Verification' for the longest time because I figured my passwords were good (I use something like LastPass to create them) and I thought it was just more work and unnecessary bull. I think it was after the last big leak like this that I broke down and started using the 2STEP Verification on everything and now I'm glad I do. It's worth the extra trouble. I use Google Authenticator and it works with many other services (Microso

My pain management doctor (and the one before this one) don't even want to see patients anymore unless they are laying face down under a fluoroscope. I swear, I cannot remember the last time I ever saw one that wasn't running around with a mask (how appropriate as they charge upwards of $800 or more per fucking shot) and a
although your sense of humor is certainly quite healthy, i empathize with you Po. i wish you well
My 'sense of humor' is not much these days and when I see someone like Robin Williams with a REAL sense of humor decide that HE's too lonely and that HE hurts too much, it scares the crap out of me. I don't know what to say.... I remember how happy I was for you two when you got together...being able to share something you both love so much and have in common and both do so well...I thought it was just awesome. I'm not sure what is what, but I hope it all works itself out with the minimal amount of drama and/or negativity. Life is all to short.

I was waiting for the thing to work out the results when I suddenly heard helicopters outside my window. When I looked there were a bunch of black vans pulling into my driveway. Thank God for the escape hatch under the kitchen floor. I grabbed Knuckles and we are currently incognito but I will get back to you all as soon as I get those results from that crazy test.

I can't begin to tell you how many flea markets I have gone to and each has had a guy with a table selling used PC's with almost any version of Windows on it. I always wondered about the legal issues of that. I would think if they have the knowledge to restore and clean up old PC's to sell, the would avoid all that and all the update crap, etc., and just put some version of linux on them.
