Service has again been restored to the impacted data center, but we're not messing around with this anymore tonight. Everything important _should_ be functional via the other location (mostly subject to whether your dns servers locally see the ip changes), including software/skin downloads, activation (where needed), most forums, and contacting support. Some things are liable to be a bit slower, we're funneling a lot more traffic off this set of servers right now. Kris

MRL, please contact [email protected] directly. I've looked at your account records under your email address and I see your WB4 record, but I don't see an upgrade order to ODNT. Which, atm, is the only way to get the WindowBlinds 5 beta. Once it's released, it'll be added to your account record for download (provided you ordered after September 1st or have Object Desktop).

If you have Build 97 and this is happening, close Stardock Central and install http://storage.stardock.com/files/sdcentral_setup.exe on top of it. Or, we'll have a new build 98 or 99 SDC beta available in an hour or two. If it is happening with Build 95 or a build later than 97, please indicate that if it's past 4pm EST this Friday.

August 2005 or 2004? The 9.0c build was August 2004, but that's been "the build" for download apart from security updates. Can you put the DirectX installer somewhere I can get at it and email [email protected] a link? Though maybe Civ4 will have it when I pick that up today/tomorrow.

I have reset the activation records for your account. You should be set for the moment. Frankly, even with the way your IP's have varied since the purchase, it shouldn't have set off the flags. Will see if we can find out why it was blocked for these recent reinstalls. Note also that you can save the sig.bin for an app from a given OS install and you should be all set if you drop it back in the directory (like from a backup/restore).

JoeUser ForumsThemeManager supports this for .suite's. It's been used on a custom basis here or there, mostly there. We may expose the GUI to create them at some point, but it's not a priority for a variety of reasons. If you must know how to do it and can make sound schemes with appropriate effects (Beavis laughing when you close a window not being one of them), email me and I'll explain. What airline can afford branded plastic cups these days? If I didn't look at the "proudly flying to madagascar once every 3 weeks" page in the back of the in-flight magazine I stole from my seatmate before he arrived, I wouldn't know what airline I was on. It's been less than 3 hours here since it went up. And it's suddenly got a lot more users than in testing. We've done a 4.90a build with a fix we were able to find for the nvidia driver issue. Please update to that and it should sort the over-bright saturation, can't drag the window issue. Make sure you reboot.
