Er..the font...Let me check...It's called "Agatha", and says in it: "Version: Print Artist: Sierra On-Line, Inc. From the WSI-Font Collection. Copyright (c)1993 W.S.I. All Rightsd Reserved" I think it came bundled with something, but I couldn't tell you what now I'm afraid.

jafo - I hessitated suggesting the text for every submission as after a while people will stop reading it (if they read it in the first place!). There are a lot of people complaining of blinded smilies...it seems semicolons are being censored by the scripts for some reason.. :-?

Rather than clutter the sticky thread, it seems sensible to have a discussion about the issue separately...the sticky thread will be better to refer people to if it's kept as "pristine" as possible. I'd like to offer some observations as someone who's been coming here for years to grab the odd skin, and since Christmas trying to contribute. My first efforts to upload anything here were wallpapers, and were rejected. Quite rightly in hindsight. The process though was con

Your diagnosis is right - you can force the buttons to lose the focus by clicking on the cancel button, but sliding the mouse off it before releasing the click...that shifts the focus to the cancel button and the other button then shows the "correct" unfocused state. I noticed this too when skinning and pondered it for a while wondering what I'd done wrong. It seems odd that MS haven't made Cancel the default button on those dialogues, but hey-ho... <A HREF="https://www.wincu

There are certainly a few dual monitor suitable wallpapers here, but unfortunately, they don't have a catagory all to themselves and so you'll have to hunt for them I'm afraid. But as an example so you'll find at least one to get you started https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=8&SkinID=14362

I bought CursorXP pro because there was something it did which I wanted and the shareware version didn't - but I forget what it was now! I've actually stopped using it for a while though as I'd started using ObjectDock and WindowFX and the alpha blending for CursorXP threw my video drivers into hyper slow motion when the cursor overlayed another alpha blended region. That said, I've stopped using ObjectDock

I dunno then. Turning off the google bar fixed the behaviour for me though, so maybe there was a WB version upgrade in there affecting things too or something, or maybe a change in the way IE deals with plugins? BTW - I'd recommend trying the google deskbar anyhow...everyone who I've refered it to so far has become a convert as it has some cool tricks up it's sleve http://toolbar.google.com/deskbar/index.html Besides trying turning of the google bar and tweaking the settings,

#15 - I agree, but only to an extent, just as you can use Excel to write an essay, or Word to calculate your taxes. With enough skill, yes, Photoshop can be used to do vector based initial designs, or for creating natral media looking drawings, but it's not the best tool for those tasks...that isn't where it's strengths lie. Unlike JerryHat though, I wouldn't describe it as "rubbish" - just "more difficult than some other programs for certain tasks" <img src="http://imag

Yes I'm using IE, but I usually have Javascript either disabled or set to prompt, plus using google bar to block many popups, and sometimes using Proxomotron to really take control of things for some web sites to make them do what I want. I've tried Opera/Mozilla/most other browsers over the years when designing web sites to make sure they work with a range of browsers, but despite the flaws, since most web sites are lazy and only design for IE, I tend to stick with that now...Ah well...

uM0p ap!sdn - I don't have spyware on my machine, that's the point as I don't want any either. That site opens a "pop under" window which then tries to kick of the a download of it's trickler download app under guise of calling itself "Precision time" - see http://cexx.org/gator.htm#ggviewer-offsite-nav-10105048 for details. Anyhow, when I check the link again now, the pop up attempted download isn't happening, so maybe that "ad" as on rotation on that site and has stopped for
