Yes, Stardock Tech Support can be somewhat tardy but, really do you know of any company that isn't? My suggestion to improve this would be a ticket type of system instead of a general forum or email. It would seem more efficient to do it this way from both perspectives.

Ohh! Almost forgot to post what I intended. I've been using FileHamster by Mogware during my work process to do real time backups. It's a very basic application compared to KeepSafe but, does the trick for me.
