...might have to for go Divine intervention and try something more human..."hey, we're out of food on the island and they're not going to grow anymore of it..." <A HREF="https://www.wincustomize.com/index.a
You're welcome ...for future reference, if you want to know what's running, open DX config and click on list....... [Message Edited]
For what it's worth...I've always considered cleaning the registry as something akin to the cure being worse then the disease. If your system is running slow, it's not the registry doing it and one mistake by you or the warz you use to clean it will effectively kill it......
OK...load one that works and 'modify' it until there's nothing left and then add new objects. Essentially you're creating a new theme....you're just doing it back wards.
In Rainlender config. it must have 'on top' enabled [Message Edited]
do not un-install MCP...it's an integral part of the ObjectDesktop startup. DX, being a beta, could still have problems with some themes...if you can create one...and it works...you're good to go <BR
Out of curiosity, why would you want to 'clean' registry?
A-67 is right..
drum roll........
Great....point to "C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\WindowBlinds\wbload.exe" ...a WB skin not zipped..hummmmmmmmmm [Message Edited]
...could be...I'm sure we have plenty of time before Karen comes back...hit me with the stick and pass another beer..
Wow..I think you might have entered into the twilight zone Download another WB skin, unzip it and right click and change 'always open this file type with' and click OK. Download another one and see if it works. Do the same thing before you unzip the file just in case it is that (point to winzip exe)...although winzip should be ok. Might want to try 'Object Zip' in SDC <A HREF=
Is a windowblind skin download one of the files that came up FDF? ...and was it that ext before you unzipped it? [Message Edited]
Which way did you pass those beers...??????????
@ China Karen- go to control panel/folder options/file types and scroll down to WBA ext. What is it set to 'open with'?
That's cause you're poundin' beers..... I don't think she's getting the FDF ext. when she downloads...I think windows is assigning it after the fact BTW...pass the beer [Message Edited]
If .FDF shows in Folder Options/ File Extensions (open with Adobe) then it's not uninstalled properly....or something along the line re-installed it for you [Message Edited]
No...actually you're on the right track (gulp).... she needs version 6.0 installed and her file extensions appear to be wacked or she doesn't have the proggies installed.....
What version of Acrobat Reader do you have installed?
