If you can see it and you hit 'print screen' it sees/saves what you see. Unless you have something setup to crop pics on save, it's there.....somewhere

After 'bug' is fixed: In order to rate a skin you must have Apprentice Access or UserLevel 4. In order to view ratings you must have Apprentice Access or UserLevel 3

It's probably a server connection problem with weather.com. It happens every now and then and short of changing default setups there's not a whole lot you can do other then doing without.
